I liked the facility@288 W Bitters, along with the employees when I took therapy there. However, I do not appreciate the fact that they are horrible in doing your discharge paperwork to remove you from their facility when you ask them to. I have spoken to them four(4) times over a period of months to get it done, & it's still not done. I need it done to start much-needed therapy@ another facility that can better meet my needs, & since I fell & injured myself a little while back & all my doctors agree taking more therapies ASAP would be instrumental in my healing process, this is not good, & a very negative reflection on their facility!Donna Booker-Jackson

I can only attest to their gym as I've never used the PT department. They've really stepped up their game as far as the number & types of classes they provide daily, thanks to the addition of new instructors & classes. There's dance, step, piyo, yoga, tai chi, and conditioning classes for all levels and rumor has it a pickle ball court will be added soon. The classes are led by qualified instructors, who modify for newer students but pump it up for those that want an intense workout. There's also a gym full of weight machines, a pool w water aerobics and free swim times, a hot tub, and showers/dressing areas. And they accept several insurance plans for Medicare recipients as well as monthly memberships.

It's rare to have so many positives to say about a place. Firstly the people who run this are exceptional. Friendly. Know everything. You look forward to seeing them. Secondly it's CLEAN. That's huge with any swim-based therapy. The workout machines are plentiful, well kept, and there's loads of room and options. I LOVE the pools (x3) the PT one is perfect, there's a hot-tub for warming up afterward and a larger 50 meter pool for laps or classes. Most swimming pools are super-crowded and FREEZING but these are all a good temperature which is huge for me as I get really cold easily. And they are not too crowded. I have been going now 7 weeks which is relatively short but I've seen huge gains thanks to the comfortable non competitive environment. The price is fantastic. I've had massage also and I actually look forward to attending. I am only 51 so I'm one of the younger members but you don't feel strange and it's ideal for all ages. Some of the longer-term members have been going for years. I see people who are really, really hurt and in pain, improve and gain back mobility by dedicating to exercise here. For older people it is a bit of a social club too and they have a routine that helps them be the healthiest they can, at any age. I can't recommend more highly. I am swimming x 5 a week for a frozen shoulder and not only have I received really kind suggestions and help and made friends, I've also felt stronger than I have in years by committing to this. I wouldn't have if the environment and people didn't feel welcoming and I'm so glad it's here. I hope anyone who is in pain considers this because it's head-and-shoulders above other PT places (which I have been to) and it's affordable, friendly and professional as well as clean and offering far more than most for a fraction of the price. My neighbor is a PT guy there and I've heard all the PT trainers/therapists are excellent. I can vouch for the massage and consistency as well as the cleanliness of the changing rooms and great front-desk staff. A real asset to San Antonio.

Sent for Aqua Therapy as last option for a bad Tibial Plateau Fracture. At the time it was almost a year since Fracture occurred. Two members of their team stand out. Michelle Munoz and Brian Ehler. These two were always positive and encouraging and really understand what patient care is all about. The best part of it all... they really care about their patients. Congratulations to Healthlink for having these two on staff they deserve healthy raises for all they do and how they represent your facility.

I am one of the younger members of this gym, and that's what I enjoy most. The machines are well maintained, and they let you know what parts they are waiting on if one is out of service. The rules are clearly posted, and nothing feels intimidating here. There's no loud music or TVs, weights, mats, resistance bands are thrown in disarray. There's not trash or water bottles everywhere. Just a nice, quiet gym with pools, sauna, locker rooms, etc. to get in a decent workout.

Great Pool area! I have done water aerobics with Lynn And Thomas. both great teachers. Lynn class has music and more a beginners class..I loved it! I so wish she had a earlier or later class so I could attend often, I work so hard to attend. Tomas does has a early class. it's harder but he is great at encouraging. Place is clean and everyone is friendly. only thing .. I wish they had a 7am everyday or 6pm water aerobics. Great place!

I began Physical Therapy with severe back and neck pain. After surgery I was still unable to turn my head side to side for a year and unable to walk very far without a walker for longer than that. With the diligent care of John in the pool and then, dry therapy with Ana (who is truly amazing) doing dry needling on my neck, teaching me the proper exercises and form to use out of the pool, to build the strength I need, and a LOT of hard work and doing the exercises at home, I am 95% pain free, walking, laughing again and doing the things I thought were lost to me.I am absolutely, 100% grateful for my experience with Healthlink Physical Therapy-Bitters and highly recommend them.BIG THANKS AND HUGS TO ANA & JOHN, Y'ALL ROCK! My sincere and everlasting thanks to both of you, for everything.

sometimes we get help from strange sources.I was having a terrible breakup and everyone seems to accuse me of being the cause.this situation was terrible, my house became an empty house and every time I look aroundeverything my husband and I work on stares at me. I tried many ways to bring him back but he didn't consider it.I decided to try psychic service and was told there was a spiritual blockage. the psychic could not remove it becauseShe said it's beyond her so I decided to look for a spell caster which was when I discovered Dr. Lapolbi Dr.Lapolbi used his spiritual prowess to remove the blockage and also brought me and my husband together in less than 48 hours.I am very glad to have met him, contact him on his websites guestbook.phpif you ever need someone to help you with a particular spell and quick action. I recommend that you contact Dr. Lapolbi is

It's not completely one on one. They give you instructions and go to the next person and so on. So, you probably can skip exercises and they wouldn't know. But friendly people.

I had a great physical therapy experience with Marie Elena. She is very knowledgeable and shares her information to help you moving forward. She was very informative and attentive to what the patient does physically and how to help them through physical therapy. Thank you.
