Everytime I've gone I've had excellent service! Everyone is well knowledgeable and always answer any question I've had. They also sometimes have freebies which is awesomeeee! The energy is always good I've never experienced otherwise. I thought it couldn't get better with their service but it got even better because just yesterday my chihuahua was lost and they picked her up and made sure she was safe ❤️ heart's of gold these people ❤️

Please go to this place if you want amazing customer service. Not only do you get amazing customer service but you also get very knowledgeable people who educate you on the product you are buying. Great place and wonderful customer service I called looking for the products, there was only one left, the worker said it aside for me and held it until I got to the store. Cheaper prices than most other smoke shops for the same products!

People like Michael who is so knowledgeable make this place feel like a home and not just him the whole team, Nat and Desiree are so kind and the owner is a wonderful guy who knows how to support a wonderful staff. I would be mistaken if I didn’t include peanut the honorary member of the time. The service always brings me back. Wonderful service
