12/3/23Jacob & Rachel were amazing! Great customer service, wonderful recommendations & explanations. Nice selection of products at this location, always many choices to choose from. This is always my go-to location to stop by. I Recommend this shop to anyone who asks. Look for mr jacob or ms rachel whenever you come :)they also offer a military/ems discount. Nice store overall.

I’ve been coming here for way to long and I always was treated just like any other customer that walks in but now everytime time I come in Ms. Yaheidy is in the front and has the best customer service and always has a smile. Anytime I have questions, concerns, or need advice, she’s my go-to. Yaheidy has never let me down when it’s comes down to trying new flavors, or just needing a good recommendation. I finally feel seen thanks to her.

As a manager of a local retailer, my primary focus is on customer service. Going into Hazel Sky I was a bit apprehensive about the experience, since most of the vapor stores I have been in have been no help, but not this one. Natalie is amazing. She is always “present” to help with any questions I have regarding products, similar items, deals, items I might like, etc… furthering the customer experience with a welcoming attitude and building upon retention. I always recommend my friends and family to go to this specific location.

Do not buy from this location, they do not warrantee their products. I bought a vape from them less than two months ago, and they told me I had to go to the manufacturer. The quality is cheap because I had to vape in my pocket when I took my keys out it fell down and broke mind you this is the very first time I’ve dropped it. One of the associates was here. I asked to speak to the owner or the manager so he called them, and they still would not warrantee the product.
