Came in Aug. 2024 to get my wife her CBD vape as well always do and front counter worker ( Mr Thomas ) had poor customer service with no southern hospitality and the (Fade-cbd- brand )vape that I bought my wife was defective. When I called to inform them they said we would have a extra 5% off due to the inconvenience and when I came exactly the next day to get (fade CBD brand) replaced and I didn't mind paying for replacement, Thomas didn't want to sell it to me and the price went up. If this is under the same owner as 2016 then I have met him before and I know that he doesn't want his store ran that way, so can the GM or district manager please look into why the customer service is so hit or miss at this location now . Love this place, better prices that the other local shops. I've always been treated well by the staff, everyone is very talkative and doesnt feel like a salesman.

Great staff, they were knowledgeable and attentive. Meet all our needs. They have many great products here. Incense,too!! The building was clean and staff was friendly.

Shop and staff was great. Unfortunately they sold me counterfeit raw tips. Raw is not made in China.
