Decided to cut my hair on a whim, walked in, Frances called me over, sat down, she cut my hair exactly how I asked, I was in and out it 23 minutes. (I washed my hair at home so I didn't get that). I have to say, I WILL be going back there. The prices are pretty good too.

First of all, they're open early on Saturday morning! Even though they were busy, they helped me right away and got in and out in less than 25 minutes. Had a lovely chat and got my hair just the way I like it. Will be back.

This historical beauty shop offers great service with quick & great hair color, cuts and style. All the ladies have great experience! I like the conversations and interactions there, that is missing at the "quick hair salons in the box"! I am afraid to tell about this diamond in the rough!

The worst experience is to walk in a business and have and nobody to greet you and make ugly faces at customers. Then have two older ladies stare at you only to not want to help you or get up to ask you to sign in or something. Only say "are you the one who called" after I say no then the other old lady to shake her head no like she didn't want to do our hair. Oh mind you I was with my daughter trying to get her a haircut at a new small business that we never been to. Never again! The owner whoever that is needs to get on the staff and teach them customer service is key and its bad for business. I will also be post this on Facebook and Instagram so people are aware not to take your children or your business here. REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!!

Wonderful place. Good prices, very informed and friendly staff (Rosalinda was awesome), and my haircut was fantastic. One of the best haircut experiences I've ever had! I will definitely be coming back here!
