This is my go-to shopping place. Things can get a little hectic inside the store on many days because so many people are shopping there. I think they need wider aisles because it is too difficult to have two lanes of traffic plus people having to search for items on shelves. Add to that all the stockers who are trying to unload product and the big shopper cart trying to pick up items for curbside delivery, make it very hectic. I have gotten hit by rude, impatient shoppers trying to push their way through crowded aisles.
On the plus side the employees are always very friendly and helpful, the store is usually well stocked and I can almost always find what I am looking for. (Those friendly employees always stop what they are doing and help me find what I need.) Also the store is clean and pretty well organized. (Except when they are re-organizing things!) The food is fresh and always has use by dates well marked.
And I love that they have so many easy to make pre-made meals so I can get a meal on the table quickly when I get home. And they are always adding new meals so as not to have the same old, same old to choose from every day.
I do like shopping for some plants there, as well as fresh flowers for when I need a nice gift. And except on holidays, there is always ample parking.
I love my H E B!

Always can find what I need, if not, employee's are Very helpful no matter what they are doing in locating an item.. HEB is #1 for me!?

this is just an average HEB.. seems overpriced compared to other locations. produce always looks like it's second hand from the Las palmas location... staff is always nice only reason I put 3 stars

Still can’t get bagging done correctly! One bag was so heavy I emptied half then had removed more! Cold stuff with chips can goods and produce on top of that. They talk to much and don’t pay attention, had one that was talking so much she loaded two HEB bags before she saw our bags! We have a lot too! This has gotten worse in the last ten plus years and SS no improvement from management on this matter!

One of my favorite HEBs. They have a little bit of everything including more quality items. Recently they've stocked different kinds of mushrooms that are great for dinner. I also really enjoy their meat section.
