I’ve been shopping at this HEB for 6 years and have recently noticed a major decline in their products and service. I normally use curbside and have had issues such as missing items, rotten fruit, spoiled meat. Yesterday was the last straw for me when I had a curbside order and they gave me the wrong meat. I had to drive all the way back to the store for them to swap the meat out for the correct one. Waited about 20 minutes for that and I even called ahead and they knew I was coming. They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. It’s sad to see such a decline in customer service, especially from a company like HEB.

This is a newer HEB store, has a lot of options, an area just for supplements, including vitamins. It's a smaller version of an HEB plus. Friendly staff and many options. Lots of parking, and surprisingly not too many people, good experience overall. The 25 item self-check out lane is perfect for a quick visit!

Most of the employees stand around and just talk to each other. Don’t bother going to the self check out with the person that’s supposed to bag your groceries at the end because they stand there and watch you do it yourself. Might as well get rid of the baggers because they don’t do anything but watch you bag yourself and sigh when you wait for them to do their job they get paid to do.

Great place to shop for just about anything. Clean and fresh veggies and fruits. Good seafood and great employees, had a great experience here. TY ❤️ to all your employees because they're all efficient and hard working. The HEB on Thousand Oaks is closer, however I've had a very bad experience with the employees and manager there. The employees are always playing and flirting with each other, not paying attention. They're never helpful and always on thier cell phones. Not all are this way. About 4 employees are always working hard and are very kind. I may just change my shopping to this one, although it's further. You see my husband and I are seniors in our 70's. The one on Thousand Oaks and Jones Maltsberger is much closer and an inconvenience for us. However I'd rather walk further to get better treatment and prices and treated with respect. I have been going to HEB since I can remember. That was on the Westside in the 1950's. I did write a complaint to HQ's and never got called back from the main office, so I called and some girl BRENDA was rude, short and kirk and kept saying we're not having the manager call you back, she was talking over me and was just sooo rude. Anyway the one on BULVERDE is really a nice, clean and enjoyable place to shop. My compliments to that managers and employees.

I think this is the BEST HEB in the area. They are all great, but I like the employees here. Always cheerful and helpful. An awesome place to shop.

Great store but horrible baggers why make all my groceries fit in 3 reusable bags making them weigh 40 pounds each and leaving my other 3 reusable bags empty
