They lock up the cosmetics isle here because people steal & I came across town just to shop here. No fair & I asked for the manager to assist & he said he didn’t know where the keys are ?

Horrible experience with the manager on duty 7/26/24 at night. I understand she was wanting to leave since it was so close to closing time (1040pm) but there was absolutely no reason for her to go above and give me attitude saying “ma'am if you don’t go to a register right now we won’t be able to check you out, once 11pm hits the register will automatically shut down and you will have to leave your stuff and come back at 6AM for it.” That’s just absurd to me that she would lie like that to the customers just to get them out. And once explaining to her I was just needing ONE more thing for my grandfather she continues on with “I don’t care they’re shutting down.” Horrible experience, will not be going back to this location.

I used to love this heb
Been going to this one my whole life
But since they’re been changing it idk updating I guess maybe it’s been horrible
The ac has been out the vegetables were going bad in the produce area and we usually go to heb over other stores for their fresh produce
I just hope they fix it soon cause we don’t go there anymore now we have an infant it’s too hot to take her into this store we have to drive farther to another heb now
Probably gonna end up having to change pharmacies too
Oh well

Really dumb to have all doors closed and all baskets on opposite sides. No baskets inside only small ones. Pretty stupid. Hopefully they fix this like the HEB on 1604 & Bulverde. Now that’s a great location!

I love my heb. Everything is always fresh! They are remodeling so it's coming along nice.

There's plenty of parking, and the HEB has the gas pumps on the side entry, in case you need to fuel up. Plenty of cashiers, makes the lines go faster, and plenty of self check out lanes, which helps when there's little to no time to wait in line if you have 10 items or less. The new in-store remodel makes it easier to map out a quick in-n-out trip.
