The worst place to get medications, or rather not get anything. My diabetic medication has been out for a week. Changed to this pharmacy because it should be cheaper with my insurance. But wouldn't know if it is, they keep cancelling my order, lying about filling my medications, and then cancelling my order again with no explanation and more excuses. Honestly, I am pretty sure they just fill what they want and delete orders prescribed otherwise. I'm my experience, they don't care about customers, they only care about doing the least. And over course lying to people so they don't get yelled at. I hate this place and they need to cancel my order so I can get my medications somewhere else.

I have been getting my prescription at there compound pharmacy for about 6 months , my doctor has ask for the prescription to be put in a tube instead of a clicker , I have asked for the same, I have called and talk to the pharmacist and clarified why, the clickers stop working when you take them on an airplane. Because there compound pharmacy is not in store, they send it out. The prescription I have to take daily . And they won't fill it till I have to have it because it's a controlled substance. I am extremely unhappy with the compound Pharmacy and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I don't see how on god's green earth HEB compounding pharmacy was given a 4.5 stars. This pharmacy has some of the rudest, poor customer service, inconsiderate Pharmacist's! I would prefer to refill through automated just to not have to speak to them. On the hunt to find a compounding pharmacy that appreciates customers as people and not $$$.

Very good follow up for compounded prescriptions but when they call to tell me they have received the prescriptions and to make arrangements. BUT...the message is delivered so fast on the phone I can not hardly understand it AND then there always tends to be some problem finally delivering it in a timely manner.

Truly awful! Most of the time when I call in for refills on compounded prescriptions I get a very snarky response from the person on the phone. I have had to argue several times over when refills can be placed. This time, a week later after having called in to get a new dosage filled (they said couldn't be filled yet, I argued the new dosage changes that) the prescription wasn't filled. Now I must wait two more days for the "rush" order to be filled. Since my insurance doesn't cover these meds, this is the most affordable option, but I am going to start shopping around. I'm even willing to pay a little more at this point to someone deserving of my business. I love the HEB stores, but the pharmacy is a big fail for me. I pick up my scripts at the 1604 and Bandera HEB Plus. That place is so disorganized it seems unsafe. Love the rest of the store, but the pharmacy is a whole different world!

This small pharmacy is super convenient for those of us who work in the Medical Center. It is located in the MARC building not far from the Wurzbach and Floyd Curl intersection. The staff here is helpful and very nice. However, there seems to be that one person who doesn't like her job, who calls to remind us to pick up our prescriptions who came across a little threatening in my opinion. It's so not necessary. I did mention this to the manager. Hopefully, it will be addressed. One bad apple shouldn't ruin it for the other extremely pleasant staff. 5 stars guys!
