Check in at the Fratt Drive address, staging is to the right with lots of room to back in. They will call you to head over to the East Entrance and assign a door there. Doors can be tight, depending on which doors. Walk your bills to the check in office next to door 174.My load was a perishable one and pre-paid, no lumper fees - bills are put into the back of the trailer. The doors where I was unload were spaced with an empty spot between trucks, so that made it easy to dock. Others weren’t, not sure why.

Went to the main gate then was told to go to the 5641 Business Park address the young woman that was working the gate when we came in was very unprofessional just shouted the door number at us didn't tell us what to do or where to go just go to door. When we got to the back to get unloaded finally found the correct door to check in.

Was my first time here delivering a load, I was worried do to the past reviews. Had a appointment for 1730 arrived at around 1645, got a door right away. Was unloaded in out by 1840. Customer Service was good all around….Great experience!!

This place deserves no stars got here early they put me in a door and there were trucks that got out of here before me very rude staff no restrooms no parking they have no concept of a dot clock make sure you have a full dot clock before you deliver here will never deliver here again wonder how much they payed the people that gave a 5 star

This is one of the worst warehouse that HEB has, drivers parking sucks. HEB makes a lot of money with their over prices items. They should get something bigger so the drivers can have somewhere to park!!!

This is worst place to deliver very slow please don’t come here unless you are ready to spend all day I head appointment at 10 o’clock 8:30 right now is 13:30 I’m still in the dock they didn’t start unloading yet

One of the worst companies to deliver No place to park I check in ask me to park out side where no parking available and when my time came to check in after 12 hours ask me to deliver 8 miles away because I have refer why they didn't tell me before no facility available for restrooms for drivers

Extremely slow unloading. All of the trucks near me have been here around 6.5 hrs waiting to get unloaded. No urgency to get drivers out as soon as possible.
