Been shopping here for 40 yrs. It still feels like a Big Convenient Store.
For instance, they only have about 5 different BBQ sauces that take up the whole section. Also, they're the cheap tasting ones.

Almost all of the partners are so amazing, there’s only one partner that rubs customers and coworkers wrong. And that’s one of the front end managers named Jackie. She’s definitely a mean girl. She always has an attitude and gossips about other partners. I’ve seen so many reviews talking bad about her, idk why management hasn’t talked to her. She ruins the HEB atmosphere.

Staff is friendly but the availability from some items has fallen to the wayside. Produce is inferior to HEB standards and with the inflating prices of groceries no one wants to see that. Selections are limited. I visit this place on a daily basis and find myself more and more disappointed with each visit. Do better these flours are the worst and I paid $14 after tax. This is horrible!

When they advertise that NO STORE DOES MORE. They prove it time and time again. Carlos the Manager. The cashier's the Pharmacy Staff. Any one of them are always willing to assist people and they leave you feeling like you matter.

I love my HEB although this one isn’t my favorite due to the occasionally long lines and bumper to bumper cart congestion at times, when it’s off peak times, thus hardly any other shoppers, that’s when this place shines!!!
