I was calling to alert you to a health hazard. It took fifteen minutes for anyone to answer the phone. When the phone was answered, Juan acted as if he didn't want to be at work. When I asked for a manager he hung the phone up.
You are selling deli meat with paper on the slices. This is a real health issue. Why doesn't management care that customers are consuming deli paper? Why is it so hard to speak with an intelligent manager at this location? Customer service is generally rude,; I won't shop here again. I wish I could give no stars.
I'm reporting your deli to the health department. Hopefully oversight will ensure wholesome food is sold.
I can't believe your store management is asinine enough to allow the customer experience to rise to level.

I'm an Instacart shopper. I was in the store shopping for 3 separate customers. I used cold bags to keep the customers orders separated. I did have some pretty expensive items in my cart. I proceeded to go to the register and load the belt. Another customer asked was I shopping for customers and I said yes. I started loading the belt and separating the orders cashier started scanning who wasn't friendly and I started bagging my order out of no where here comes a bagger and security standing at the register like I was stealing. The whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable. Since you allow Instacart to shop at you're store offer bigger carts for shoppers. I promise I cried a whole 10 minutes from this experience. I tried to catch security but he hopped on his Segway. Happy Juneteenth!

My mom and I were followed all throughout the store, starting at the deodorant aisle to the hair color by partners from the cosmetics department, then at self checkout the attendant (her name was Valeria or something similar or that, she has curly brown hair) was right on top of us. Then on our way out, one of the managers (I think his name is Sam) rushed out one of the other set of doors and watched us walking to our car. If you think we are stealing, you can just confront us instead of stalking us on our entire shopping trip. This isn't the first time we've been profiled at this store - my bags were searched at the self checkout about a year ago and when I asked if they wanted to see the receipt, they said "no it's okay" - so why are you looking through my stuff???? Y'all need to install cameras like Walmart in their cosmetic/hair/skin aisles if y'all are so concerned about theft and loss prevention.
On an unrelated note, one of the door greeters, an older man who has worked there for a while (I don't know his name), was having an unpleasant conversation with another customer about the genocide Israel is commiting against the Palestinians. It was an atrocious thing to overhear, to hear two people (one of them an EMPLOYEE) saying that the Palestinians "deserve everything they have coming to them" and that "Israel will win this". People are allowed to have their own opinions but to discuss that topic while on the clock is inappropriate. That and TO TALK ABOUT **WAR CRIMES, CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY**, LIKE THAT IS DISGUSTING!!!

Decent store kept in good shape and food is typically in stock. Just don't go after the weekend because you're going to have a hard time finding stuff. They could do better at restocking and having more cashiers during peak hours. Restrooms are clean. They also need to work on their customer service skills.

This is my neighbor HEB location but too many homeless people in the restrooms taking a bath and washing their clothes. Sad to see but not appropriate for shopping and children.
