Worst HEB I have been to in Texas. Zero oven pre made meals, limited produced. Very limited organics and health foods. Finding any organics was very disappointing.

Overall, it's a nice clean heb, but compared to other hebs in the city, this is actually on the low end of quality hebs. I hate to say it but economic discrimination at its best

They did not honor a coupon that was grammatically incorrect. Adding " or" changes the meaning. The HEB basket discount of $5 when spending $35 should be honored. A grammar check of the coupon is needed prior to print.

I don't go to this HEB unless I'm desperate. Especially the first week of the month, nothing but Mom's yelling profanities at their kids, beating their kid's behind, kids running around, and long lines.. ghetto-est HEB on the Southside.

I have been to several H-E-B's across town and this is by far the worst whej it comes to pick up! The employees are SUPER friendly and I know it is not their fault but everyone parks in the curbside parking and then they walk inside to shop. I had to drive around 3 times until someone walked out and left so that I can get my groceries. None of the shoppers seem to care and since no one does anything about it, they continue to do it. I think the curbside needs to be moved elsewhere because this situation is getting out of hand. I have complained so many times and the employees have tried different things because I have seen them on different occasions but people don't care. I have heard customers cussing and disrespecting the employees when they are kindly asked not to park at curbside.

Hands down, this place has the best employees!! They have always gone out of their way to help me find what I need..and even when I may have needed an extra dollar or two..this place is probably the only one left in the world where the EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN AMAZING ENOUGH TO COVER THE EXTRA DOLLAR OR TWO.out if their own pockets!! And this has amazingly happened at not just one store, literally all around tbe city..not that it happens all the time but sometimes u just need a little help and these guys are the best in the city.. For that reason, i will never shop at any other grocery store!! Humanity still exists, and they all work at heb!!
