HEB Deco district put's food on my

It's a nice medium sized HEB they have alot of self checkouts but also have a good number of regular checkouts right now they are doing construction in there so the products are scattered around the store making it confusing. But they have everything you need.

The curbside wait time is minimum 25 minutes at this location. I’ve waited up to 40min before, it’s ridiculous. At times theirs three cars waiting and the wait time is still a very long time. I’ve tried different times and during the week, still a very long time. Other HEB curbsides are not nearly this long. Don’t recommend the curbside service here.

Always very friendly but today I brought 12 things and Sandra the cashier did not want to serve me in the box of 15 things if I brought more things in the same cart but we were two people I told her I explained. Also her box was empty and there was no line.

This used to be the spot but man the lines are so long understaffed at the checkout it's out of control I know I'm not the only one I know banders road Heb is under construction but they have no issues with there lines there on it sorry HEB y'all just ain't doing y'all's job I recommend hen on bandera and 410 until Fredericksburg fixes there issues people go by my reviews my statements are always correct

Excellent customer service by all employees. Expedient in and out express services. Location is perfect for public transportation., ride share and deliveries. Convenient location.
