Just got off the phone with Misty who was incredibly rude regarding simple questions. I'm not sure what's going on with the pharmacy techs recently but I'm going to take my scripts to CVS from now on.

Called Sunday to refill a prescription....never received a call or anything when it was ready.. Monday evening I called at 8:30pm to see if it was ready Maynie or Nany Martinez answered and I started asking if my prescription was ready and why I was not text she was so rude and hung up the phone on me...I called back I really needed my prescription ....but they were ready to close.....now another day without my prescription......if u can't handle ur job or be nice to ur customers....then you shouldn't work their. In puting a formal complaint on her

They used to be soooo nice and go above and beyond to help customers. Now sometimes there rude and they don't care what ur prescription costs there ugly about coupons. And sometimes you request a prescription and then it's not ready not even getting it ready like 3 or 4 times You have to request it online and call on the phone. I think it's alot of new people working there in the last 6-9 months. I can't stand the rudeness it makes me want to find a new pharmacy but I think no I shouldn't have to this just down the street. So I put up with it. But it's challenging I'm sick of it. And I'm the nicest sweetest person on this planet! And even when they are rude and acting ugly to me or my husband or my kids when I send them were not ugly back to them we just put up with it and make excuses for the pharmacy to my family when there upset venting to me how they were treated. But it really sucks to go through this almost all the time, which is a few times a month usually. And I hate to complain or get people in trouble so I don't say anything. And who would you tell anyways? Even the pharmacist acts like this. ? ? ? ? ? ? I give it 3 stars because I get my meds and I don't want to be mean I can't be mean rude ugly back I'm just not that person. But I wish it could change to how it used to be everyone nice no attitude and willing to be helpful. I hate being put in a bad mood everytime I have to call and interact with them a few times a month. It's everyone but maybe 2 or 3 people that work there. So wish everyone well good luck going/calling ull need it. I don't even want to leave this review I feel bad when it's not even my fault. So I'll take it down in a bit i just need to vent about it this one time iv been putting up with it for a while now.

Just got off the phone with Kristen. From not wanting to help me to all of a sudden able to once I asked for someone who would be happy to help me. I stated if you’d be happy to you would have lead with that versus there’s nothing you could do when I asked if I could prepay for my husbands medication. From it not being an option to all of a sudden I was.

Great customer service. I have been using this pharmacy for the last 6 months while I go through some medical issues and they have been professional,caring and do a great job at providing prescription options to make it a little bit cheaper for customers. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains the medication to help you understand. They answer any questions promptly and professionally. Great job.

It really depends on who you talk to. For the most part the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can definitely get a person or two who truly can make you feel like you have “inconvenienced their day”. My favorite person to always speak with is Jeremy!!! Every day, every time you call and speak with him, he is AMAZING and always SUPER HELPFUL!!!!

The higher ups at HEB really needs to consider investigating these people and firing a handful of them. Not all, but most of them are rude. Not all, but a lot of them lie. I don't know why I haven't changed pharmacies yet. But I've reported them for giving me a hard time about the meds I've been on since 2005 (thank god that stopped - the discrimination was obvious) and now it's just a matter of navigating people lying and saying there is no delivery when there is. The cut off for delivery is on the website and still they lie. You will not have a harder time getting your meds filled than with this pharmacy. Good luck.

Always an easy, pain-free experience dealing with this pharmacy. Amazing customer service every time but the entire reason I’m leaving this review is because this morning I called in and received amazing service from Nani.I was her first call of the day since I called right when the pharmacy opened this morning, and I can’t say enough good things about my interaction with her. She was incredibly kind throughout the entire phone call and helped to answer multiple questions that I had. Her level of concern for my situation along with her empathy was very refreshing.She is a model of what incredible customer service skills look like and she deserves to be recognized for it. Thanks for your help, Nani!

Nani went above and beyond to help my prescription pickup a breeze! Highly recommend using this pharmacy as their employees enjoy work and it shows in their smiles and efforts. Keep up the good work Nani!!!
