Literally have has so many issues with this particular HEB pharmacy. The staff is so rude and blame the customer even if they are the ones that mess up. I am diabetic and need my medication on time and I always have issues refilling here.O can go weeks without medication because of their ugly attitude and unwillingness to help. I used to go to Walgreens pharmacy and never had these issues. Unfortunately, my husbands insurance changed and we HAVE to use an HEB pharmacy. This one was just closest to my house. I’ve been very frustrated and disappointed with the service and lack of customer service here because HEB is such a great company. Only reason for the 2 stars is because the actual pharmacist is really nice and actually helpful.

The woman who answered the phone 5:45pm on 2 April was so rude and then hung up on me! My doctor called me earlier today to tell me my medication could be picked up and directed me to call my pharmacy. I called them and explained to the lady that I picked up my meds already and asked if they meant I could pick up another refill. She said "Number one, you don't have any refills available and number 2, your medication was picked up three days ago." So she repeated what I just told her. Then I told her "Yeah I don't know why my doctors office called me to tell me to pick it up then, I think theyre confused, thanks" and then she just hung up on me. ????

I have had my prescription filled here multiple times in hopes that it was a fluke, but clearly not. I literally go out of my way now and have my prescriptions filled at tezal rd HEB. They consistently messed up the same reoccurring prescription every single time and I have to ask for a manager and argue for 30 mins before they call the doctor to confirm that I'm right and they screwed up again.

Always friendly and patient. Pay for your Rx on their app, people.. It makes it so much easier for the both sides and I'm sure they find it helpful and the line can move on.

Today I was informed that delivery, free for years, now costs $7.95. I'm elderly, disabled and I don't drive. I depended on HEB pharmacy delivery! I had to find a new pharmacy that delivers for free. They have them. HEB made plenty of profit without charging old people. I have about 12 different prescriptions. You'd think I'd be worth delivering to for that reason alone.

This pharmacy is always a waste of time. When they actually get your prescription ready it's an almost guarantee you waited 2 hours to get it. And don't let them offer to get a refill authorization cause they will say they are doing it, and then they will "forget" (as I was told happened) to do it, and then when you want to pick it up you can't cause they failed to do what they said they were gonna do. This HEB pharmacy is a joke. I'm switching to Target pharmacy

Today I went to return a failing plant. I went to Alamo ranch since it was closed and was told I had to bring it back to the purchasing location. When I bout the plant in June the associate(Ricky) told me that H-E-B has a 6 month warranty on plants It's been a few days over three months. Brought to garden section and a was told by the associate(Robert) they are only as long as they receipt date. Ain't that no one could have told me that because they know. So I'm making this up aka lying. He said he would call in a store credit. We went to the customer service center and received credit for the wrong item. The cashier(Adriana) said we didn't tell her which one. She just talked to Robert about this item. Once the issue was fixed she threw the receipt and store credit on the counter. There is no polite way to do this. It's disrespectful. I did not have any attitude or rude behavior. If a policy is a policy let it be known and don't be rude about. People do matter, associates and customers alike. This one star is for today only. I have never had any issues here. I hope it doesn't happen again.

For everything groceries this is place to go. For service at the deli this place is terrible. 3 times this week I've stopped for fresh deli meat and watched employees talk, laugh, and do anything BUT assist customers. I was there twice by myself and once with about 3 other customers and we lol kind of just looked at each other, shrugged and walked away. Gotta do better - because this is NOT my H‑E‑B when it come to deli service.

I wish they explained things better, like when a doctor puts in a prescription and it’s too costly, tell us other options that is available either on-site or a nearby HEB pharmacy. Do more, like you slogan suggests!
