What started out as a stressful process trying to contact my doctor for prescription refills, soon turned into relief thanks to young lady named Mayra I believe her name was. She was very kind and empathetic, I appreciate her helping me expedite this process. It’s very refreshing when someone doesn’t treat you like you’re just another customer. I love my H-E-B pharmacy!

“I had a terrible experience with this office. After my doctor’s appointment yesterday, I was told the prescription was sent over. By 4:30, when they were about to close, they confirmed that it would be sent by 5:30. However, when I called the pharmacy, they had received nothing. I gave it time, but when I called the doctor’s office today, they claimed it takes 24 to 48 hours to send a prescription—a policy I’ve never heard of, especially for urgent needs.
When I expressed concern about how this affects my child’s care, I was met with indifference. I can’t help but feel that they are retaliating against me for withdrawing from their care after they called the police on me and caused unnecessary embarrassment, without ever offering an apology. Their behavior has been unprofessional and careless, and I do not recommend this place.”

I can't believe all the negative reviews, because my experience over the past 3 years have been nothing short of exceptional! Always courteous, patient and helpful. From asking if you need explanation to finding on the spot coupons to use, I am always happy with their service. On the occasion I use the drive thru, their interactions may be short, but I've seen the amount of hustling they do on the other side of that wall. If there's ever been a problem with medsnot being ready, 99.9% of the time it was doctor or insurance related, and my meds on auto refill are always ready and waiting when I receive text msgs. Sorry to all of you who have had bad experiences, but I have yet to experience your pain. ?♂️ Keep up the great pharmacy staff. I LOVE MY ALAMO RANCH HEB! ❤️?

Tony and Sal are real life hero’s. They expedited an emergency medication near closing time to ensure we could have what we needed the same day - this was after several phone calls and mishandling of paperwork by the hospital who called in the medication - Tony called, recalled and verified information to make sure we were taken care of when the hospital failed us. Sal was caring and professional. 10/10 recommend this pharmacy location for speed, ease, and customer service.

Store is always clean, employees are always friendly! And the pharmacy employees are always with a big smile no matter the amount of people in line. Everyone is fast and efficient. Love this HEB!

Very rude I was trying to pick up my prescription last night the person who was at the window acted like he didn't want to be there. After he dismissed me I sat in my car trying to call the other heb pharmacy that's when he said I have ur meds. Pure rudeness at its best!!!

Honestly I have been disappointed with this place. Don’t fill prescriptions when Dr calls them in. Say they will be ready in and hour and not ready hours later. Call to say multiple are ready but haven’t filled one and I have to wait. I call to confirm script is ready now before I even go and disappointed to find they told me incorrectly. Out of medicines more than other pharmacies. Staff is hit or miss. Only reason I kept going was prices but after cross checking with Walmart and other pharmacies it’s only cents cheaper especially with GoodRX and not worth the bad service. Even my doctors office dislikes dealing with them. Just my opinion but if you’re looking for dependable service go somewhere else.

The absolute worst. Their customer service skills are non existent, basic common sense seems to elusive for them, they can't even stock basic medicines, and if out they won't tell you, if you are told when it will be in, it's never in when the time comes. But the biggest red flag was TWICE, I've had missing medication. Which of course they have no idea how that happens. DONT USE THIS PHARMACY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED EVERY TIME!!!!
