The staff there is not well spoken . They lack communication and knowledge of many aspects. No customer service. I had to call the main service number while they walked over there to pass them the phone instead of answering there phone. I feel like there staff doesn’t care

The pharmacy manager (Staton?) is a credit to HEB, his customer service and professionalism shined when my wife took my post hip replacement prescriptions to HEB to be filled. There had been an issue at another pharmacy that he was able to overcome and provide us outstanding responsiveness and kept my meds on schedule. He is a credit to HEB, please extend my sincere thanks to him.

They are so amazing fast quick and easy. Hassle-free at this location. Cheerful and friendly never an ugly face from none of them. They treat you with respect.

I don’t know why this location gets such bad reviews. Yes there is a wait, y’all are at a HEB PLUS. Emphasis on PLUS. It’s a big store with more customers. So there are going to be longer lines. Besides that I’ve never had any trouble, every one is nice and professional. Jesse went out of his way to get a thermometer for me so I didn’t have to go in the store with my sick kids. If you don’t want a wait go to a smaller heb or Walgreens where they lose your prescription.

Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge.They Never answer their phones and The wait Lines take forever inside and through the drive thru. We will be switching to a new pharmacy as of today because this has gone on too long. This was Honestly the WORST HEB pharmacy We have ever used.

The slowest pharmacy drive thru I’ve ever been to. If there’s more than 4 cars, plan on spending 30-45 min in line.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I waited an hour and my prescription wasn't ready. I went to the counter 4 times before I goy my medication. I understand if it takes a awhile to get done, but say that! Don't tell me 20 minutes, then 5 minutes, 5 more minutes etc etc. Tell me it will be done in 2 hours and that's when I will come back. Finally I was told my meds weren't "counted out" for some reason. The reason would be that you don't care about your customers. Why did the previous people at the counter keep telling me to come back then? They should have checked to see if there was an issue not keep telling me to just come back in 5 minutes
