I think this pharmacy staff does an awesome job. They go the extra mile to serve the customer. They are far better than the other near by competitors.

I wish I had transferred my prescriptions here earlier. Other reviewers have commented on long wait times for prescriptions but that has not been my experience at all! There is usually a line inside and at the drive thru but they seem efficient and always have multiple registers open. I transferred 4 prescriptions from another pharmacy and they were ready to go the next day. Every time I’ve called on the phone I am talking to a human within a few seconds which has not been my experience with CVS or Walgreens due to long hold times and trying to navigate tele-menus. I also go to h‑e‑b pretty often so it’s nice to cut down the number of stops I have to make! I also don’t have insurance and they help me get as many discounts as possible to cut down on cost.

I feel my review is very similar to the others I’ve read. Overall the pharmacy staff is usually friendly, but not helpful. Prices are good if you have insurance or use good RX, but that helps you every where. Sadly what makes this one so bad though is how long it takes to get filled. It’s common for them to quote and take 2-3 days to get a simple prescription filled. So I wouldn’t recommend using them if you need something quickly. More than once I’ve had them send a prescription to my local CVS because H-E-B will tell me it will take 2 days and CVS will have it ready for me in 45 min. It’s also been my common experience to call in a prescription or refill, get quotes it will take 3 days, then show up, and be told it’s not ready and it will take another 1-2 days. This has happened at least 3 times this past year alone. So I enjoy using the pharmacy because I grocery shop here and it’s convenient. I’m ok using them for items I don’t need immediately. Overall they really need to get it together though and better serve their customer.

I had very positive experience at this pharmacy. Young man Andrew was great help. He checked price with insurance and without and with goodrx. Helped me make an informed decision. Was patient and thorough. I have only used walgreens and cvs in the past and have not had such positive experience as I had at this pharmacy. Thanks Andew.

Maritza from San Antonio at HEB on Potranco was super nice and friendly while delivering my groceries to my vehicle. I loved her personality and enjoyed the service she gave me.

First time using the pharmacy and I was so impressed how everyone I interacted with were so friendly and willing to help. It was busy so I expected a little wait. Everything went smoothly and greatest experience with non military pharmacy ever!

The supermarket is good, but the pharmacy is a horrible disaster. They deliver the medicines whenever they feel like it, as they are intellectuals, they do the work as they see fit, they are supposed to be necessary medicines for health and it is not laundry soap, what irresponsibility and lack of respect to the sick and needy client, it seems that we ask for a gift or for free

HEB corporate people are getting too money hungry. They are receiving too many kickbacks from all these scan programs. I saw the dog treats on sale. However, the discount only applies if I have the app to scan the label. Why DO these discounts apply only if you have a cellphone? This is a form of discrimination. The only reason you want us to scan is so HEB and everyone else has information on you and what you buy. WHY?? I think a lawsuit is needed for this situation. STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST NON CELLPHONE OWNERS. Everyone should receive the same discounts!!

Worst HEB Pharmacy to use, it's always crowded, slow, incompetent people working and the construction with its noise has made it even worse!!! I love my HEB but not for the Rx services.
