Shout out to Oscar who was especially helpful in trying to get my 85 year old father's medication issues straightened out with the insurance company. He truly went above and beyond in his helpfulness. He was especially patient and understanding. Thanks again, Oscar!

Anytime I have needed refills or had any issues, they have always got what I needed, Rarely has there been a time they didnt have something that a doctor prescribed for me or my sons. Even paid to get a flu shot and the physician there did it with care. Im not a fan of needles and she made it quick and easy.

Usually I am not make publications with bad experiences of places but it makes my attention because it refers to health and therefore is linked to a person's life. Yesterday they gave me a prescription for my 2 year old daughter and when I went to pick it up with a printed prescription they gave it to me, I arrived at my house and when I opened the bag I realized that it is a larger dose than what corresponds to her, and therefore I read the name and the component, my surprise is when I saw name, doses and component were wrong, I went the next day in the morning to get the right my daughter's prescription and they told me they can't give me another one because they already gave it to me the night before, the person who talked to me I explained them what happened and they told me if the doctor doesn't prescribe it again They can't give me a new one, thanks God I contacted the provider and they kindly understood the situation. the employees were inhumane, insane and the mistake was on the part of the pharmacy, they made me an additional charge because according to them the insurance does not cover refills. In my opinion, it is inhumane to play with health, putting defenseless people such as a 2-year-old girl at risk due to the negligence and unprofessionalism of the employees of this pharmacy, including the pharmacist. Terrible experience, I would never return to this pharmacy. I was wondering where can I report it.

HEB pharmacy customer service has gone down, new staff has lost/misplaced our prescriptions multiple times. They have provided incorrect information on medication we needed saying it’s no longer available, and they have almost given us someone else’s medication twice with the same name. When attempting to call the pharmacy you are immediately placed on hold for a long period of time and hope they don’t forget about you. If I could give them zero stars we would. Good buy HEB pharmacy. NOT recommended!

I waited in line for probably 15 minutes to get my one prescription. The lady at the counter was short and kind of rude. My insurance company whom I just joined was charging me $45 dollars which was wrong. The woman asked me to move to the left as I called Aetna Medicare insurance so I'm on the phone talking to them. When a young Hispanic gentleman walked up to open that register and asked me to move over which I said she asked me to move here, I'm not losing my place in line. He didn't care as I'm still on the phone not paying attention to him. He's helping an older man which then I hear please move over due to HIPPA privacy laws! (Slightly loud) Then he says it again louder and I look at him like are you talking to me?! I'm still on the phone not even paying attention to him. I said excuse me don't ever talk to me like that I'm a customer and had been there since 4:30 pm which now it's about 5:25 pm. I just moved back to this side of town and I can't stand this HEB anymore!! People are so rude and unkind. They can't even say excuse me, people cut you off.

This pharmacy is my favorite one of all the HEBS There fast friendly and easy to get in and out and they deliver too fast for you as long as you call before 3 try them your love them as much as I do I'm sure

Do not ever go to this pharmacy today my dad passed away and I also found out it was 5 weeks pregnant today I went to get my medications and the lady was horrible Debra and the man was disgusting Riley I cannot believe that you talk to people like that you guys are very unsympathetic non empathetic no reason to treat someone like that after they've told you today please just give me my medication

I placed a delivery early this morning. By 2:30pm no delivery had arrived and I had to run an errand to a sick friend's house with my neighbor. By 3:47pm the delivery driver called when I was on my way back home. I asked was he still in the area and he said he wasn't and he was at Valley Hi and he returned my order back to the Marbach location. I called the Marbach store and spoke to a tech named Robert. I explained that I missed my delivery. I told him my phone number, address, & date of birth. He tells me that I am talking to fast and if I didn't slow down he couldn't help me. I repeated everything again then he proceeded to tell me that I was breaking up and couldn't hear me. I repeated everything a 3rd time and when I gave him my phone number he said he didn't need that. I asked him if he was new because I am asked that every call I make to the pharmacy. He said "I been here for a while and I know my job. " Then he proceeded to tell me that my prescriptions weren't there. I called the delivery driver back and he assured me that he returned the prescriptions back to the Marbach location. I called back and speak to Daniel. (?) He told me that yes the prescriptions had been returned and that I could pick them up at the pharmacy. This entire conversation was heard by my neighbor and our sick friend we were assisting. My neighbor gets to the drive through and guess who was at the window??? Robert with all the attitude he had on the previous phone call. He proceeded to tell me AGAIN my prescriptions weren't there. I tell him that the delivery driver told me he indeed returned them to the pharmacy. Robert proceeded to say "You didn't tell me that!" ( DUH!!! YOU TOLD ME THEY WEREN'T THERE...BUT YOU KNOW YOUR JOB. BUT GO OFF. ?) After that smart remark I gave him a few choice words. He asked some women that were working with him about returns and lo and behold he returns back to the window with MY PRESCRIPTIONS. He never apologized when he was being rude or wrong. All the years that I have used this pharmacy I have NEVER had an issue with any of the staff until this guy answered my call today. He is the type of person that I would NEVER want handling my prescriptions again or have to speak with about an order or if I had questions about my medications. His knowledge of returned prescription protocol, customer service and comprehensive listening skills need to be questioned and re-evaluated.
