Very disappointed with the response in the bakery about an order to make some custom cookies for our stores. Seems the process has changed and has gotten much more complicated. Wanting a printed copy of the image with a consent form to 'scan' in would degrade the image to the point of looking bad. In addition, they said their email 'wasn't working', keeping me from sending over a digital copy, which we have done in the past. The bakery manager's 'oh well. Sorry.' attitude was not very HEB. I think the order for 16 dozen cookies was too much for them to handle and they just didn't want or need the work. I guess I will move my prescriptions to a different place too...
UPDATE - Another HEB store gladly took the order without hassle. My original thoughts were verified. Disappointing HEB!

What is there to say other than it’s H-E-B and their da bomb when it comes to your local fresh grocery supplier. Partners are always friendly and helpful!!!!

About 9 to 11 deli people standing behind the counter about five of them were working on some kind of slicing assignment while others were just kind of standing around, I understand that some of them were probably a part of curbside service waiting for their deli meat slice but not one person had the decency to say that they would be right with me. The person in front of me have been waiting at least 10 minutes to be served as well. Please do something about your deli department. I understand if they’re busy but they should acknowledge customers.

I asked for double brisket and only got two pieces. This is NOT double. This is what I usually get with for a normal order, which is usually by the way, 3-4 pieces! I just paid extra for nothing. On top of that I did not receive the sides like bread and pickles. Thanks for ripping me off
