This is the closest pharmacy to my house but it is the WORST PHARMACY I’ve experienced using. They have such terrible customer service and poor communication. I brought A paper script one time and ussually I get things sent electronically so I was not sure how it works they gave me no explanation just took the script and turned off the mic while I was Asking if they needed my ID and insurance card and left the window. And they can see me so I know they were ignore me. When he turned it back on I asked if he heard my question and he said no and didn’t even ask so I repeated myself and he said no have a nice day and I asked Are they going to call me or ? And he said you can come back in a few hours or tommarow for the script and turned the mic off . Another incident I came Kind of late on a Saturday afternoon and I had one car infront of time I waited about 10 minutes and when I pulled Up they closed the “pharmacy closed” sign on me it was 5:59 and no one was behind me. I looked up closing time and it was 6pm I understand they close at 6 but they could have given me my prescription at least one minute before closing I had already got a call it was ready for pick up. I work In healthcare I understand people want to go home but never have I ever had any company disregard someone last in line to close after they been waiting before closing time. Very unprofessional especially for medication.

This pharmacy often has to order medicine from another location, making us wait for our medical needs. They very rarely answer the phone if you call to see if the prescriptions are ready. I've tried calling all day to get my daughters prescription and never got an answer. If the doctor calls in a refill, they don't pay attention and refill it. If your prescription is out, they don't call your doctor to get the prescription refilled.Going to change pharmacies.

They never answer the phone I take several maintenance medications and I need assistance at time and I can never get a hold of them calling throughout the day this has been happening for a while now

I went go look for plan B they didn’t have any but the lady told me MyY CHOICE was the same thing!! So I trusted her cause she a pharmacist worker!!! Well guess what I took it with less then 48 hours and it didn’t work!! NOW IM YOUNG AND PREGNANT ?

It's crazy how everyone is complaining but never resolve the issue, its the company fault meaning their corporate office. This HEB will never be improved nor remodeled because corporate does not want to do it. This store has been here for ages and sad to say that its because of the area and the people that come shopping here, call it as you see it. Don't turn a blind eye . We all know why. I grew up coming to this store since I was young and it has been run to the ground. we are in a poverty area and people have walked out of the store stealing so that should mean something to why we have a store that no one cares. Our community should take more pride and take care of our resources here in this area. Some employees do have that attitude that they don't care especially that young girl with that red hair at the pump. Things gotta improve at this location besides bringing in different managers, improve the store and expand it.

HEB CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RX
Yesterday (09/16/20, @ 2:48pm) I returned two defective items and ASHLEIGH T was the most disrespectful customer service person I've ever encountered at S WW White Road and for a moment I thought I was at Wal-Mart. I asked to speak with the manager SHE turned her back towards me so I left to find a manager on my own. HE had no identifying nametag and didn't seem interested in assisting with my complaint. Instead of shopping for my long list of groceries I left the store immediately. I WILL NOT do business with THAT LOCATION again.
