Well I was going to have an epidural injection on Friday morning and I call the pharmacy HEB on West avenue and Mr Ray the pharmacist answered my questions pretty quick I asked him about a certain medication if I could take it before I got my epidural injections You said it was okay so I took my meds and all happy cuz I can sleep Thank you Ray keep up the good job and you're back up

It's my 1st time at this HEB. The store is well organized and clean. Keep this up! It was a bit difficult to find the items that I needed, though I had to ask for help. The staff is friendly and ready to assist. Their produce could use a little more quality control. Overall, their selection is good. Their Sushiya section is great! Their crawfish boils (when in season) are outstanding!! I love how HEB helps all my meals look and taste delicious! I'll certainly be coming back to this location

Blew up 4 aluminum balloons for my sons first birthday. At first they have told me the price was 8.98. Not telling that was per balloon, so I ended up paying almost $40 for 4 balloons. Letting me know that there is a shortage on helium. Talk about price gouging!! Manager couldn’t do anything for the inconvenience or confusion. Should of just got the air back out and take it somewhere cheaper. We’ve been going to heb for years now it has left a bad taste for us in that department.

After a less than great experience at this location I decided to give it another try.As far as cleanliness and selection there's no complaints.HOWEVER,AGAIN a "partner " of this location -SKY- was making it obvious that she was watching my family and I throughout our shopping experience.Again,maybe loss prevention or whatever other excuse this location wishes to use -maybe I fit this locations' profile of the usual suspect .Who knows but shame on this location for repeating this same treatment of a customer.Definitely NOT MY FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD HEB !

I pay a ton in taxes, and some of that money gets routed to the CDC who in turn uses it, among other things, to develop exceedingly clear guidelines on the pediatric covid vaccine. They specifically cover the edge case of a four-year-old who turns five in the middle of a vaccination regimen. FFS they have an infographic covering this topic, you could be illiterate and figure it out. ( So it's frustrating that the H-E-B pharmacy manager, Seun, is unfamiliar with said guidance, refuses to look it up when asked, and is generally kinda rude and dismissive about it. Also, I'm not entirely sure why he made me wait a half hour (with my toddler in tow) after being shown the relevant guidance. I don't have an associates degree in pharmacy and fast food management or anything fancy like that but I managed to find the information on CDC.gov in like 30 seconds. I'll try to stop back by on one of the three different dates you have provided for my kid's final dose, or maybe I'll go with a pharmacy that is better able to handle my child's apparently complex needs.

Poor customer service. Employees on three different occasions have been snarky and rude when i asked a question ( one was a front end manager and the other was at the pharmacy as well as the female pharmacist) Complained via the app and said yes please contact me and they never did so they obviously don't care. Will make an effort to go to Walmart, Target, Sams and Costco first before going to H‑E‑B. Wish they would get more competition so they would sincerely work on customer service.

Eli (I believe was his name) was very helpful. They did not have my sons medicine in stock, but he went out of his way to make sure another H-E-B did and called them ahead to make sure. Appreciate the great customer service! Thanks

Every single time I visit this pharmacy I have what seems to be the worst customer service experience. The staff in this section is so amazingly rude and always make me feel bad. Im waiting and I say hi to one of the staff members but they ignore me and then walk out. They dont tell me to wait or anything. Then finally another workers asks me what I need and I said I needed help seeing if they had an item in stock and they said that if it wasnt there they didnt have it. I asked if they could show me where I can find them and they said no. Horrible staff

It depends on who you talk to as to whether you will get good service or not. We have used their delivery service twice, the first time it worked the second time, it did not. they failed to deliver over a holiday weekend.

As any other HEB employees are friendly even through all the chaos. They had most of what i was looking for.
