I just want to give a huge shout out to the amazing PATTY who works at the pharmacy!!! She was incredibly nice and really helped me with a situation I had. She is a real example of what other workers there should strive to be. Such compassion and understanding for situations that people are going thru.

I recently phoned HEB pharmacy- McCreless and had the pleasure of speaking with an employee by the name of Patty. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for her exceptional patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. As a family member of a patient, I was new to the process of filling a prescription that needed authorization and had so many questions. Patty took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I understood the process and what was still needed. She was incredibly patient and kind, never once making me feel rushed or unimportant.
I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with Patty and I will definitely be recommending H‑E‑B Pharmacy - McCreless to my friends and family. Thank you for having such an exceptional employee on your team!

Don’t know if it’s this HEB Pharmacy location but I’ve always encountered issues with them from insurance and the ridiculous wait time. one hour will turn into two. Was in the store shopping, after an hr (which they recommended waiting to allow them to fulfill the Rx) I decided I’d check to see if Rx was ready and it’s not. Got done shopping, paid and chose to go through the drive thru just to have to wait for another 30 minutes for them to tell me to return in 30 minutes cause it’s not ready and call center must have been the one who told me it would be ready in an hour which is a lie cause I called the number from the website for this location. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

I have never had a smooth experience with this pharmacy. Zero stars. I went to pick up a prescription ointment. They told me to come back in 2-3 hours. I returned and was told It wasn’t covered by my insurance so would cost $350. I gave them a discount card. Then was told it was no longer available and out of stock. Is this suspicious or what? After I questioned some more they said they put a hold on it and because of the hold filled someone else’s prescription and ran out. What if I would have paid the $350? It feels so wrong and suspicious.

It must have been a bad night for Ariana Nicole Torres and Alejandro Almaguer for them to be so rude and inconsiderate about having to explain a situation regarding a transfer "within" your company and a medication STILL being on order. I was listening to Ariana's explanation when I jumped in to correct her and her exact words were.... "Are You Going To Cut Me Off OR Are You Going To Let Me Explain" Nooo ma'am not with me! She failed to continue our conversation and had another employee speak to me. This employee did what should have been done initially as far as making sure the item was ordered. If your employees can't get their feet wet I suggest you hire those who can handle the water. This will be addressed to Virginia and Christina and I will never use this pharmacy again.

Not sure what the low ratings are about. I haven’t had anything but a positive experience. The staff always seem to be working quickly; looks like they are understaffed. Regardless, they are always very nice and helpful.

I normally get my medicine no issue. This time one of my medications has been cancelled twice with no notification, and when I called to figure out why, they stated it was out of stock expected to arrive tomorrow. Without explaining why they did not notify me of the cancellation or how to prevent it from occurring again in the future.

Switched to this heb pharmacy due to an unpleasant interaction at the ww white one.It took over 40 minutes to get up to the window. I've picked up from in the store and it's just as slow. It's either Walgreens or back to ww white again.
