Very long wait time and some of the staff can be very short and rude to you. I understand it may be a hard job, but why pick this industry if you can’t be courteous to people who have waited 30 minutes in line for prepaid medications.

There customer service needs some work. I call to pay for my prescription over the phone cause the FSA cards don't work on the website only to be told they won't accommodate it. The I call to have my prescription delivered to my home to be told the cut off time is 2:30 when all other HEB pharmacy is 3:00. Poor service

Same thing happens to me picked up my children meds and the last was upset it was more than one medication and on top of that didn't give me any instructions just sent them over no thank no nothing they never have medication in stock and once delivery arrived to my home at11 pm

Probably one of the worst Drive thru service of all H‑E‑B!!! Gone twice in one day and both took a very long time for each vehicle to get there medication!!

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and needs to be retrained. Did not ask if I had any questions. Simply sent my change down. And didn’t come back on the camera in the drive thru. Especially for a child’s medication. Shows no empathy. Worst heb ever!My cashier was VICTORIA on the drive thru on 06/11 130pm. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. If you hate your job quit. No one like a grumpy lady with attitude for no reason.

Very sad to report the horrendous customer service my wife & I have received as of late. Especially from the pharmacy dept! First incident, we went to pick up my meds, there were four total, I only received two, I asked what happened, I got a smug & condescending response. Shocked, I looked at my wife like, did that just happen? We had a long day & just wanted to end the day already. But, I did tell them on the survey about my displeasure. Second incident, my wife called to check if meds were ready since we hadn't gotten the usual notifications. Again, my wife was greeted with rude and unwelcoming attitude. I heard this since the phone was linked to the radio. My wife was upset at how she was treated over the phone. Again, I reported this issue on the survey! Third incident! The pharmacist lied to my wife, by giving a wrong number to complain! The staff made excuses claiming he has bad writing, lets not hope he isn't writing anything important! The staff told her they'll tell customers the don't have have the meds to avoid them from coming in to overwork them because of staff shortages! INSANE!! HEB, I have complained on 3 surveys and no one has called me. I think this falls on store management! I look at the "new" partners talking on their cells while checking out customers at the register making us wait until they answer their texts. Other partners with sagging pants with dirty underwear visible. SAD!

They need to train their staff better they have useless finding medications for 1 for two they don't know how to use good rx for discounts. The veteran woman are great its the newbies who need to get it together but again they need to be trained better..

If the public works together and no longer uses this pharmacy at all the technicians will not have a job to attend therefore leaving a pharmacist without customers. So if the pharmacy is that terrible do not go and simply make a silent protest. No product to fill no employees needed.

By far the worst pharmacy HEB has to offer. Meds are never ready after they call you and tell you they're ready. The people working worker's comp insurance cases, so lazy and stupid, tried picking up meds after my back surgery they would not give them to me. 24 hours with no pain meds p

an employee by the name of Zach. approached me and said, ma'am you can start loading your items. I didn't have much in my basket and the lady in front wasn't finished yet. I was taking a picture of 2 items related to diabetic products to share with 2 of my coworkers that battle with diabetes. I was just done sending the info and he said that. There was only 1 person behind me and it took me less than 2 minutes to put my stuff out of my basket. I said yes sir, because I'm Luke that but really he didn't have to tell me what to do, I'm your customer, or was your customer promoting your products. anyway don't plan to return to your store.

Love that they had groceries like bread and tortillas and veggies and meat. No Milk or water... totally understand the demand
