I was very disappointed when I asked for a printout of my shots and was told it would be easier if I went on the app and got them myself. I've been going there for 25+ years and needed to get my flu, shingles, pneumonia shots but they did not want to be bothered with a simple printout of my records. Very disappointed

I must say that the Outstanding Customer Service, particularly at this location, is Quite refreshing. They stop a Boring Job but still manage to put their smiles on and ALWAYS leaves me with a smile as well. All the Services their offer is Amazing as well.

Will never fill any meds at HEB pharmacy. Nothing but lies about when the meds would be filled. This is the worst service I've ever had. They are running a circus not a pharmacy.

I cam here to drop off a prescription for an ointment. As I hand the lady my prescription paper, anther hands her the small box of ointment. The lady taking my prescription said it would be 30-40 minutes. It took 1.3 hours.
