My doctor retired and I’ve been going to Communicare, who called a prescription into H-E-B on the 29th approving it, but the pharmacy apparently never got it. They really need to get these things. I’m struggling with trying to get Communicare to approve it a second time for them. The staff won’t ever admit that they’re wrong. It’s always you, you, you. I had a doctor for 25 years when I ran out of meds I would call his office and they would contact CVS and I would have that med that afternoon so I don’t know what’s going on with these people, but I would not recommend this pharmacy at all .

The drive thru service is very slow. Plus depending on what car line you choose, you can be stuck behind someone, while other cars that got there before you, pass you by. Very frustrating. There needs to be a better way. Standing in line inside is just as bad regardless of when you go. It’s never an easy process either way. Plus you have to wait sometimes to pickup prescriptions as they haven’t been made even though it’s been hours/days since it was called in to HEB. The pharmacy is better than before but needs to be more improved.

Waited on the phone for 9 min, no one answered. I lost an important medication and needed help. Finally called back a few hours later. Thankfully, someone eventually picked up. Terrible. Do they need to have additional staff so someone can pick up?? Or is everyone trained to ignore the phone? This has been happening recently. Never had a problem before

Come on Heb why do you allow this location to not answer phone, that is a huge liability and disappointment. I never had this problem at Alamo Ranch, Culebra 1604, Bandera 1604 when I lived in those areas even Lubbock when I call to help my son at TTU with rx. The customer service is horrible no warm greetings or bye , thank you have a nice day! Management do better!

Same complaint as everyone else, they refuse to answer the phone. Apparently they don't really care from reading the reviews. If it's obviously an issue, with multiple customers complaining over such a length of time, and you've done nothing to address it, that tells me you really don't care.From here on out, I'll be choosing a different pharmacy.Now, with 2 ruptured discs, I get to make the 30 min drive to the pharmacy just for them to tell me my prescriptions are not ready, when this all could have been handled with a 1 min phone conversation. Thank you HEB!

Have called 5 days in a row (at different time during the day) to speak to someone in the pharmacy, and no one ever answers the phone.

Never answer to the phone!!! Very frustrating!!!!I understand that you so busy there but it's important also to be available on the phone for customers that have questions.So, for the big boss who Obviously doesn't do his job enough...start taking care of your telephone customer service or you'll just lose a lot of disappointed customers!!

First experience with this pharmacy. Not impressed. Good luck getting them to even answer the phone. After numerous failed attempts finally had to call manager and politely ask for a callback. When I got callback it was obvious from the shortness and tone she was not happy I asked for a callback. Time to find another pharmacist. One and done for me. Disappointed because the actual HEB store employees are always very helpful and courteous.
