I love my girl Natalie. She has helped me get into the truck of my dreams and the RV of my dreams to help with my H-E-B career. She even had me refinanced when the car dealership pulled one and was charging me 23% APR and got me down to an 8%, I appreciate this company very much and they do take care of you and great care of our partners. We are so happy with HEBFCU! Deena is so nice to work with. She is responsive and knowledgeable. Deena was able to give us all options to meet our needs and help us decide which mortgage options to go with. Any question or concern we had, she found answers and communicated promptly. We will use them again for future financing and personal banking.

H-E-B Federal Credit Union is amazing. I have worked with them for several loans include Home Mortgage and Auto and am so impressed with their services. They are prompt, professional, friendly, and take all the complexity out of the process. I can't say enough great things about the whole banking team but Deena has personally handled all of my needs with ease. If your looking for any banking services H-E-B FCU is the way to go.

I’ve been a member of HEBFCU for over 30 years, but until a few years ago I dealt with the Houston service center. I have been dealing with the main office in San Antonio, especially for the last year. I have a CD, Money Market, and savings account and the staff has been very accommodating.I have had three different personal bankers, and each of them has been wonderful. They have worked together and separately to take care of my unique situation.I have really appreciated the help they have given me, and they even brought in the branch manager to meet me when I was in San Antonio. They have worked hard to make telephone/online transaction go smoothly for this novice user.

I have been working with HEB FCU for many years and have had the pleasure of working with Deena Saenz and her amazing TEAM !!! They go above and beyond for their partners to make sure everything is just right. My wife and I have had several loans through HEB FCU and have never had a problem. They are a great Credit Union!!!

Having Deena as my private banker has been one of the best benefits to leadership at HEB! I feel like I’m talking to a friend or family member when I call her. She is very responsive to any request and is honest, and always so accommodating. 10 Stars! Love my H-E-B credit union. The rates and services are great, very competitive with any other financial institution in the market. What makes the credit union some special is the relationship you have with the credit union team. They spend the time getting to know you and what your financial goals are. They know you by name and care about your finical health. Short and long-term goals they are more than just a bank. It's the personal connection and trust that is so refreshing to have in the banking world.

I've been a happy customer of the HEBFCU for over 35 years. They've helped me with auto loans, house remodel loans, savings, CD's and a checking account but the best part is the personalized service I get from the employees there! I've been banking with the HEBFCU for more than 20 years and have always had excellent service with great rates. Deena has been my main contact for many years and is a a wonderful person who has helped me with many loans, CD's, home purchases, etc. I also bank with Bank of America but the rates at the HEB Credit Union are always much better so the majority of my business is with Deena and the credit union. With the credit union I have a personal connection (vs feeling like a number) which is hard to find these days. Thanks for all of the support over the years!!!
