Should have been a clue when I saw 3.8 stars in Yelp. These folks are scam artists , mom , dad and son. They are pawn shop jewelry peddlers at best. When they say “ don’t take your watch to Rolex , we will always service it here”That is because only very few parts are Rolex. The rest , Charlie Gurinskys Chinese ale oak. No investor pieces here. Go to a trusted name brand store , not wal- mart jewelry of the mall Gurinskys.

Great experience. I needed links removed from 4 watches and 2 bracelets. All were purchased from other jewelry stores that are no longer in business. I took everything to Gurinskys. They gladly accepted all the pieces. They called with a reasonable estimate. Then they had everything ready within the week. Exceptional work. One bracelet was difficult to work with.They have now become my go-to jeweler.
