I dealt with professional, knowledgeable, friendly service advisor by the name of Rosa. She was very knowledgeable of the problems that I was experiencing with my vehicle and explained everything in detail of the repairs that were going to be done on my vehicle. I would highly recommend that if you have a Honda get it serviced or repaired at Gunn Honda. You can't go wrong and will be highly satisfied. You Rock‼️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lorenzo was an amazing to work with and guided me through the whole process. Michael Yaseen has a great sales team and Gunn Honda is the only place I go when it comes to buying cars! They gave me great value for my trade in, and Patrick with the finance team worked hard to get me the best deal possible! There is not a better team in Texas to buy a vehicle from!

On June 14 th, I finalized the purchased of a Brand new Honda Passport . I had ordered one that was enroute from the Factory in Kentucky. There were several delays in transit to the dealer. I am ok if they explain the delays. The sales rep at one point told it would be here in a couple of days. I was told excited. Then the let down the sales rep says his sales manager made a mistake and looked up the wrong stock #. When the vehicle came in the paperwork did not include my down payment amount. I had to go in and request a refund. When I got the new car title the car was listed as a Honda Pilot and had to go back to the dealer and have them submit a change of title request.
This was the worst car purchasing experience.

Like most people, I was dreading new car shopping. I expected to spend an entire day "playing the game" with passive-aggressive salespeople; this wasn't the case at Gunn Honda. Craig and Billy were great, no-nonsense professionals. The prices are fair and straightforward. We definitely recommend this dealership and will be returning in the future.

This is the 2nd time I purchased a car at Gunn Honda. The sales person, Dontel Brown, was very patient with me and really took the time and effort to find the car that worked best for me and what I was wanting. I looked at cars for several days. I even looked online and texted him car information for him to look up for me. I have had this car for 4 months already and I’m loving it more each day. I’m grateful to Dontel Brown for all his efforts to find the perfect car for me.
