We test-drove a new 2026 Honda Odyssey and returned the next day at 4:30 PM to finalize the purchase. What should have been an exciting experience turned into an extremely frustrating one.
We were made to wait for hours while they claimed to be speaking with banks, then waited again for a “deep cleaning.” When the car was finally brought out, we noticed scratches on what was supposed to be a brand-new vehicle. Thankfully, we caught this before leaving, and they replaced it with another car of the same trim and color.
Even after that, we were stuck waiting on paperwork until around 10:45 PM, only to be told the banks were closed and asked to return on Monday. We were also told this was the best possible price, which later proved to be untrue. I found better pricing at other local Honda dealerships.
No one explained service schedules or warranty details. Overall, I was not even 1% happy purchasing my car here. This dealership completely took away the excitement and happiness of buying a new vehicle. I strongly recommend shopping around and visiting other Honda dealerships before choosing this one

Can’t give them five stars due to the pushy person in finance department. He was genuinely upset that he couldn’t peddle an extended warranty plan off on me. Otherwise, Steven and Gabriel went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay.

Went in because my dashboard light came on saying I needed maintenance. 40,000 miles on my car it seems I was due for many many preventative maintenance issues so $800 and 4 1/2 hours later I was finally free after getting only one issue and my oil change done. Do not understand why taking your car to a dealership for maintenance is always an all day event! But suffice to say you can’t drive into a dealership and get out without spending at least $500. Fortunately, I know that and was prepared.
