Bought a used GMC. My sales rep Jordan Cardenas was on top of it all and very helpful. The finance rep did his job of pushing extra services.However, the person (can't remember his name) who estimated the repair of specific issues has NO CLUE what body work costs (and doesn't even like the in-house body shop). His estimate was about half of real cost. He had NO CLUE what new emblems cost, and did not even ask his own parts desk (in the same building!) what they cost. Watch out for the guy that tells you how they are going to handle repairs. He will pull out everything, and be wrong about most of it. I may go back to Gunn, but if I find blemishes I will NOT trust anything they say about cost.

I want to express my deep dissatisfaction and serious concerns regarding my car purchase from Gunn. Unfortunately, my experience since buying the car about 10 months ago has been disappointing and distressing. The series of unfortunate events makes me feel unsafe in my car. Along with the inability to rectify the problems or provide viable solutions. I have lost all faith in Gunn Acura/Gunn Auto Group’s ability to provide a satisfactory experience regarding my car issue. The numerous visits to the service department, the recurring issues, and the lack of a genuine solution have left me disillusioned and frustrated. As a result of my experience, I will never purchase another car from Gunn Auto Group nor recommend Gunn to anyone I know. My priority is the safety and reliability of my vehicle, and I believe that these fundamental aspects were not met during these transactions. I hope that Gunn will take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve their services and customer relations.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the Gunn Automotive Group's poor level of customer service. I recently paid off a Nissan Rouge which I purchased from them. I have been a customer of their' s for many years so I was taken aback by their inaction and refusal to work with me by simply asking them for proof of the Gap Refund dissemination that showed that I cashed the check because from my standpoint, I never received that check according to my bank records. This is an issue I have never had before when dealing with other dealers. Paying off car loan and requesting a refund for the unused portion of my gap insurance policy has never been so difficult and as a result, I will never purchase another vehicle from them ever again. As of yet, I have not received a satisfactory response so I will be forced to take legal action.

I went in for a simple oil change it took 4 hours. Could have gone most anywhere else and got it done in 30 minutes. They tried to up sell me an additional $800 in service that my car didn't need! Thankfully I know enough about engines I knew what they were up to. I feel sorry for anyone who goes there and doesn't know about engines. When they try to up sell you something and you don't know much about vehicles check the internet to find out what it is they are trying to sell you. The reason I gave them 2 stars is they washed my vehicle

I bought a month ago a 2020 Ford Expedition for $48,000 from Gunn Nissan, from the first day i notice that there was something wrong with the tires . So they took it back and rebalance it. I was still not very convince with the handling of the car so i went back about 4 days later. And they say it was alignment . Still not being convinced i went to discount tire for rebalancing were they told me i had 3 bent rims.. Gunn still says is imposible that they are bent. They make you feel like you are crazy. Now i went to ford for the rotation and rebalance .. and they tell me i have bent rims .. and Moe the sales manager at Gunn Nissan will not do anything about it .

Had a great experience with Jamie when looking for a new vehicle. When we called, he pulled the truck to the front and sent me videos of it. When we got there he wasn’t pushy and ensured we had what we needed to make a decision that best worked for us.

Be sure to take images of your next vehicle before they take it back to have final touches done before finalizing purchase. Buyer beware of tires being changed out. Purchased a used vehicle with 15k miles and they placed older tires on it that now have to be replaced. I told them right away. They refused to place the originals back onto it while I was there. I drove home and my tire expert even said they should not be required to be changed out already at that low of miles on the vehicle. The salesperson was nice and very kind. I noticed the changes & no one would reply back regarding my concern after I found proof and verified it again. So beware!

Gunn is the worst! They sold me a $14,000 truck that didnt even last a month before the engine blew and wouldnt lift a finger to help! Now that I am looking to sell it and buy a brand new truck you can be sure I'll never buy from gunn again! Plus I'll make sure to tell every one who will listen my horror story!

This was probably the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had (and I have purchased many vehicles). This is a no haggle price so that's nice, I did my research so I knew what I was willing to pay. Chris Pool was very knowledgeable and helpful when I found this car online. The finance team did a great job finding me a great rate and the payment I needed. I live in El Paso and they did everything in thier power to get me the right car for the budget we had and delivered the car to me within days of agreement. I am definitely recommending this dealership to all my Texas friends even some willing to travel for a car. We bought a certified pre owned and it comes with a couple services so we just have to figure out how to long distance these to El Paso from San Antonio. Ask for Chris Pool if you need a car hes got your back .

BE VERY CAREFUL!! They are providing market values that do NOT reflect the Cars they are selling. Example.....2013 Subaru BRZ Premium they say is valued at $16900+, however, it is a manual and the NADA drops to $15050. Check it for yourself, 2013 Subaru BRZ 2D Premium with $19,500 miles.
