Staff was clearly inconvenienced by us coming for a pre scheduled appointment. Stated they were busy with many orders and unable to access a catalog to discuss window products that they carry but don't have on the showroom floor.Find a Marvin dealer in Austin. Guido's priority isn't customer service.

Needed a very old style of trim. Checked everywhere, couldn't find it anywhere.Guido's had it, primed and ready. It was cheaper than I expected for the type and they cut it on site.Side by side (LF/SF/SY), Guido's may have it cheaper than HomeDepot.

Nice showroom, but very bad customer service, many of the guys working there had not idea what they are doing, plus never answered the phone, if you go in person, they promised to you to send a quote, by email, and they never do, so bad for business.

Guido was able to fit us in and install our door where a large window once was. Nick was able to it faster than anticipated. Quality was great. We are very pleased with our purchase and their install!

Guido is awesome, they have awesome prices and quick time for items they don't carry. I use them as often as I can. I understand why they change it, but you do have to order a head of time for materials for the next day only thing that isn't great.
