First visit to this location. Alex was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Didn't quite find what we were looking for this time, No special pink purse,but we will return for sure.

Really great service, I think this is a great store and I have been to Gucci stores all around the world, the staff really do have a great sense of customer service. :)

This was my first time here. I needed to exchange an item purchased online. The sales woman was very friendly and helpful. The boutique is gorgeous. I love the GG logo antique style chairs. There is a cool digital screen outside the boutique. They have many items not on display but if you ask for something in particular or even better, show them a photo from online, they very well may have it available. The complimentary bottled Evian was much appreciated on this hot day. They had plenty of salespeople available, more than the number of customers. I noticed that they were friendly even to the teenagers that wandered in with probably the only intent of admiring. Located near Neiman Marcus and Louis Vuitton.

LOVE GUCCI AND WILL STICK TO BUYING MORE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!! NOT LIKE THE LOUIS VUITTON STORE (AT LA CANTERA) WHERE EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW HOW TO APPROACH CUSTOMERS THE RIGHT WAY!!!! THANKS GUCCI!!!!
