I dropped off my Gucci handbag for repair, and although it couldn’t be repaired, the service was great. Everyone was nice, I learned more about my bag, the process was quick and I was updated all along the way. They shipped it back to me free of charge and it was wrapped and protected in beautiful matching bags. Thank you.

DO NOT TRY TO BUY A GIFT CARD HERE. I visited the Gucci at La Cantera in mid June. I went in to buy a gift card for my sister-in-law. Everything went smoothly up until it came time to finalize the transaction. My card was processing the charge of $300, but the employees said the “system wasn’t recognizing the gift card” and the transaction couldn’t be processed. For one, how can your system not process the gift card for the very store it is responsible for? I left without my gift card and was told by the staff that my card wouldn’t be charged because the transaction was not finalized. Low and behold, two days later, my card was charged the $300. I went back to the store and explained the situation. The employees said they remembered me coming in and they remembered that the transaction was never finalized. I showed my bank statement with proof that my card was charged. They then said that they didn’t have record of the transaction in their system, so they couldn’t refund me. They told me they would call corporate, find out what the issue was, and refund me. It has now been 2 weeks since I went back into the store, and I am still owed $300. Calling corporate to refund someone’s purchase that they didn’t even receive should not take this long. I am harshly disappointed and I should’ve just called my credit card company to cancel the charge, but I instead placed my trust in a company that I thought operated professionally. Overall, this location demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a disregard for the customer’s best interest- which paints a bad stain on the company as a whole. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

Best experience I’ve had at the la cantera mall. Isaac and Torie were so helpful in many ways. The history behind gucci, the kindness from them both, and the patience they carried with our whole experience was such a great feeling in making the perfect purchase. Thank you both for everything!

Today my boyfriend and I planned to spend our Saturday just lounging around La Cantera enjoying each others company… then I told him let me show you how beautiful the Gucci store is since he has never been inside! What an amazing decision this turned into. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Isaac who treated us with such kindness, he gave me the history behind Gucci and all of the bags so willingly! He showed me whatever they had and what the beauty behind each bag represented, which truly made my day! I did not plan on leaving with anything at the mall however when Isaac showed me the beautiful Jackie bag that is one of a kind… I could not pass it up… it was like the perfect sign meeting Isaac as well as him finding the perfect bag for me! I could not have imagined such a perfect experience in purchasing my first timeless designer bag, which is something I have dreamed of doing since I was a little girl, all thanks to Isaac as well as Tori.Tori was beyond helpful and kind in helping make this experience the dream come true that it was! I cannot wait to visit Tori & Isaac for the rest of time in purchasing all of my pieces I adore from Gucci.

Never again … I will never stop at this location again. This store is the closest to me, 2.5 hrs away from my home, but will be traveling to Houston. We were looking at 2 purses and earrings; I was able to purchase a pair of earrings but my husband and I were so uncomfortable we didn’t care to purchase anything else. The store manager in black suit stared at us the entire time we were there. It was odd. He never cracked a smile. Uncomfortable to say the least. Never again!!!

Worst experience ever, I will not shop at that Gucci again! I went to return a Christmas Gift I purchased for my BF it was the wrong size, I have always shopped at Gucci in Houston, Dallas and at Saks in San Antonio, I’ve never had issues returning or purchasing well long story short needed to exchange for a bracelet more expensive I was told by the rep and manager named Tory told me I couldn’t return it because I purchased it at Saks. I said it’s Gucci, she said it is but they rent out of another store so I can’t return it. I ended up purchasing the bracelet there then, going to Saks and returning it and purchasing more items. If I would not have to wait for the bracelet I would have purchased at Saks but la Cantera was the only one that had it in stock. I will not ever purchase again from Gucci la Cantera. Also I’d like to note the manager told me go ahead and complain nothing will be done.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Gucci la cantera. I went in and bought a pair of sunglasses $620 when I got them home they were still wrapped in plastic (I’ve never received ANY item from them like this before). When I went to try them on they were damaged from shipping. I immediately took them back in and asked if I could exchange them since they came broken. I Was told no bc “we don’t accept items that are damaged or have been worn”. Keep in mind they didn’t allow me to try them on before purchasing. I then asked what’s the best thing you can do and they said send it to be fixed. I agreed and off my sunglasses went. I received a text a week later informing me that I will have to pay $75 for them to be fixed. I said okay but I wasn’t given information on when I’d be getting them back. I texted my sales associate to ask when I’d receive them thinking it would take a few more days to a week. I was then informed that it will take 4-6 weeks based on when the factory receives them. Now I have to wait almost 2 months and pay extra bc they didn’t do their job and check to see that they weren’t selling damaged goods. If your looking to buy an luxury item please go somewhere else that actually treats the experience like buying luxury items should be. They have no return policy, don’t check to see the item they’re giving you is fit for sale and over all are rude. Never shopping here again and honestly don’t even want the glasses at this point bc they made the experience horrible.

First visit to this location. Alex was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Didn't quite find what we were looking for this time, No special pink purse,but we will return for sure.
