They charged me $13000 to repair a drain line under the slab. Encountered issues recently, they don’t answer the phone or call me back. Will file complaints with the city of San Antonio and state soon . Strike team will not allow owner to register or pull permits again. Then aging, they didn’t even pull permits for my project. It’s been a long journey, now I have a hard time trusting any trade.

They do not respond to emails and phone calls. They owe me for two years of maintenance service.

We had a non-emergency issue in the kitchen we're remodeling, and Guarantee Plumbing responded within ten minutes of my inquiry. The message was clear on how to reach someone for scheduling even though it was after 8:30PM. The dispatcher was friendly, clear on the fact that there is a visit fee that gets waived if we use them for the task. Our plumber called ahead to make sure we were ready for him, asked for permission to cut further into drywall. He was friendly, laid back, and quick with the repair. He even gave me information to pass along to my drywall guy on what was done. I did find it a rather high price for what I considered a low difficulty, non-urgent request, and the invoice didn't have a breakdown to show that the fee had indeed been waived, which is why they're only at four stars. At least they take checks!I'll be keeping these guys in mind for the next repair!

The driver in truck #21 was driving extremely reckless today. He was cutting people off and getting really close to rear ending them on the highway. He came close to side swiping my car while trying to weave in and out of traffic. Edit: I did try calling but the call wouldn't go through.

Guarantee plumbing “cleared” a blockage for us in January only to find out that they only pushed back the blockage deeper into the drain line and now we cannot use our shower. We called to inform them but they are wanting to charge us anyway. This is a service they did not fix and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We spent over $800 for them to fix our issue only to cause another problem. Very disappointed with this company. Do not use them unless you want to waste your money.

What is shame you don't back up what you say. Don't use this plumbing company unless you want a lot of headaches. They won't call you back if they have excavation done on your property it's the crappiest job ever! If there was a way to give a minus review that's what they would get. Spent a lot of money to end up with a huge hole in our parking lot.

We hired this company to use a camera to check a house we were in the process of purchasing to make sure there were no major plumbing issues prior to the purchase. The company found no issues but of course after we purchase the house we found out the hard way that there were major plumbing issues in the washer connection and to the master bathroom. We spent hundreds of dollars for their service and trusted this company to do their job but wasted our time and money.

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working. That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower. I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them). They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay) Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed. The technicians were friendly and courteous. They were mindful of the CDC requirements. In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me. I just want to give them a "YELP" and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs. In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however, I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :) Conclusion- Problem: broken tub spout. Solution: Removed and replaced with a new one Total Cost: $234.00

Guarantee Plumbing & AC was available when I needed someone quickly to repair a broken pipe during my foundation repair. Luis even showed up earlier than expected and was able to quickly repair the broken pipe. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness, timeliness and ability to completely resolve my water woes in time of need. I will certainly contact Guarantee in the future for my plumbing needs.
