“A lady was very rude and seemed to be in a hurry. I told her that she had messed up my hair, but she showed me the mirror only after the cut. When she was clearing the hair on my neck, she was not gentle at all. She lacks any real styling experience. I visited on September 12 at 9:30 AM and was served by an older lady. It appeared she was in a bad mood, as she cut my hair too short while it was still wet. My money is all screwed up because of her, and I will file a complaint with the state.”

I have used this location for at least 18 cuts in 12 years. It was the day before Easter. This time, even after I stated do not use razors or clippers due to sensitive skin, the stylist started using clippers around my ears. When I reminded that I said no clippers I was told that I'd look bad without them. I told her that I'd had been there multiple times without clippers being used. I asked for the manager, who completed t h e cut but it's not even on both sides and not as high around the ears as usual.

Don't get hair cuts hereI got my son a hair cut here. It was so bad. It wasn't at all the haircut we asked for and did not look like the picture at all. it's uneven and chopped up I can't let him go back to school looking like this.It's not worth it, do not go hereRequested style: We asked for an undercut. How about letting me know that people who checked in on line are going to keep being taken ahead of me while I sit and wait. Finally gave up. Also have been going here since they opened when they couldnt even get customers. No consistency with having the same hair stylists there either. And price always seems to go up.

I have been using Great Clips for many yrs, (lived here 18 yrs so almost as long). I have always been satisfied with my cut and stylists, except for 2 times. The 1st was maybe a yr or so ago and I went to a different GC and my hair was fixed no issues for free. I recently discovered a GC at my new job and was needing a cut, same bob just shorter. I told her what I wanted and first she asked if I wanted the Italian bob, I've never heard of it and no, I said I wanted the blunt bob I came in for. It looked good, it wasn't until later maybe a day or so and the way I brushed it on the left side that I noticed it was unevenly cut. I went to a GC by my apt as I don't live close to work and she told me I'd have to pay for it to be recut! Bad customer service. I won't be back to Great Clips again.

I'm not coming back here, I told her that I just wanted my hair to stand out, I didn't want my ears to be seen, and the woman who cut my hair didn't care and cut it the way she wanted, I'm very upset ?
