It depends on who cuts your hair is the result at the end. Some of them are really understanding and you get a great experience while others are difficult and you almost have to argue to get the style you are paying for.

Service was great! The staff was very friendly and Kat was very knowledgeable on cutting curly hair. I’m typically very picky about who cuts my hair and i just moved to San Antonio so I was very nervous, but my hair turned out amazing! I love my new shag cut.

Can corporation or someone do something about this location. The employees at this location none of them know how to cut hair. I have had bad experiences not only one time but many times at this location. However, this time is the last time we visit this location. They messed up my son’s hair and when we went back and ask for the hair to be fixed they said we had to pay again for an additional hair cut. These people need more training they don’t know how to cut hair and they always mess people hair and in addition to the hair cut price they want a tip, it’s a total joke, leaving a tip after someone messed up your hair. Please someone do something .Service: Kids' cuts

My son and husband get their haircuts at this location, normally with Daniel, and we would not go elsewhere. Not only does Daniel give great hair cuts (and I’m super picky!), but he provides great customer care. He’s friendly and amiable and always kind! I recommend the location, and Daniel especially, highly! You won’t go wrong!Service: Haircut

I got haircut here 2 times. The first time Angelica did great. The second time I came in this young white guy cut my hair and I didn’t get what I wanted. It was the worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life. I complained to the manager and unfortunately he was the manager or at least he claimed that he was the manager so he didn’t do anything. I asked for refund but he lied to me asking for my address for no reason. He gave my wife attitude he was very rude I almost went up to him and punch him. I will not recommend this place. There are other place you can get haircut from and always check reviews!

First time getting a haircut here. I asked specifically for small layers and even went over it with the hairdresser. He showed me pictures and I confirmed what I wanted. I didn’t really see my hair in the mirror as the place was extremely busy and I wanted to hurry. Big mistake. When I got home I looked at my hair in the mirror and realized I had zero layers, not even a few. Last time I’m coming here.
