I received horrible service from one of the stylists. Please ask one of your co-workers to do the job if you don't know how to do it. Brought my two sons for a haircut. One of them was fine, but the other one was a disaster. A male stylist with a French mustache did my boy’s haircut. The first thing he said when he saw my son with long curly hair was, “Oh my gosh,” zero professionalism. Then he took forever doing it, and in the end, he cut way more than my son asked for and did a different haircut without even considering my son has CURLY hair. My son has been growing his hair since 2020. He just needed a trim because of football, and this stylist, if he can be called one, chopped all my son’s hair. Now my son is about to start his freshman year with a horrible haircut; hasn't stopped crying. Definitely not coming back, at least not with that stylist.

I had a good experience with Lisa. She was professional and gave me a really nice fade. She took her time. Overall, I was very happy with the cut! :)

So I’ve been a client of Lisa’s since 2020, and I can’t recommend her enough. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. Not only does she consistently transform my extremely thick hair into a manageable high and tight, but she also saved the day when another stylist’s mistake left me lopsided. Lisa’s expertise and friendly demeanor make every visit a pleasure. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares about her clients, Lisa is the one!
Requested style: High and tight, sub zero.
Hair type: Extremely thick head of hair
Stylist: Lisa was out on vacation and I had an important meeting the next day so I went to another stylist. They did ok, but left me really top heavy and lopsided. Two weeks later, I waited for Lisa this time and she fixed it. Lesson learned.

Unprofessional staff. I checked in online 2 hours prior for 2 people and when I went to the store I saw the names of the 2 people in the checklist on their monitor/display. The lady approached me and asked for my name. When I said my name, she did something on their system and said I checked in only for 1. The display later showed only one person’s name. Then She put the 2nd person’s name in the last and asked to wait for another 2 hours.

See Lisa. I have been to many different places in SA to get haircut, but by far, Lisa at the new Great Clips store on Wurzbach And 10 W is the best, especially if you ask for a specific cut. She's Great! (Pun intended). She has never sent me out the door with a bad cut. If you go in and book with her, please tell her Mark, the Navy Vet from Google Reviews recommended her!

Worst experience, they don't know how to cut hair. I went for my hair cut. The lady with coloured hair was cutting my hair and was in hurry and inattentive all the time. She cut my ear during trimming my hair with machine, it was bleeding and she didn't even inform me at first. We are paying money, this is not what we expect in return. Definitely not going here again .

Went in for simple hair cut. The stylist you can tell very clearly did not want to be there, they were still polite, but the haircut was very unsatisfactory. Did not fade the 1/2 on the sides, did not clip left over hanging hair over the forehead. When haircut was done, I was covered with residual clipped hair all over my face, behind my ears, all over my neck, nothing was wiped off. I asked to use the bathroom to clean all the hair off and was told to use the nextdoor business bathroom. Will definitely not be going back and will not reccomend this location to anyone.

I had the worst haircut experience in my life. The guy, Amir, that cut my hair looks like he had no idea what he was doing. He was extremely rough with his trimmer and scissor that I was afraid he would cut me on purpose if I complained. He did not confirm once for my preferences on my round/square back or how high I preferred sideburn even though they’re clearly stated in my Great Clips note. At the end, he automatically applied gel without asking. It smelled disgusting! My wife pointed out later that he also messed up my side trims. Shame on Great Clips for allowing someone like that to treat customers. Never again!

Never again. This place is horrible and will have you leaving feeling like a hot mess. A toddler could do a better job of cutting hair.
