Ive been here 3 times, the first time they did a phenomenal job and I was impressed, the second time was crappy and the third time was adequate but I had to ask the haircut lady to touch up a bunch of spots and hair she missed.
It's a very big hit or miss here

I honestly would like to warn people that I went in for a haircut and was in the chair no more than 5 minutes. She didn’t understand that a 4 was longer than a 3 she thought the opposite. Honestly, this was the worst haircut I have had. I will go pay more for a professional barber to get my haircut in the future. This was definition of an overpriced haircut.

I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly, but Lan was amazing! Hair cuts are normally super awkward for me trying to come up with conversation or just sitting there quietly... Lan was so welcoming, I will absolutely come back to have her do my hair again

usually i never have issues because i normally have the same stylist work on my hair (she is awesome, she wears glasses and wears anime pins) but today was really unpleasant for me. when i asked for my normal haircut, one of the stylists i guess was confused and had called the entire staff over to look at the picture i showed the initial stylist. i had tried multiple times to explain what i wanted and they kept using words and phrases im personally unfamiliar with regarding blades and fades etc. i said i was confused because i was starting to get very anxious and Haydee (i think that was what they said her name was) had said “we’re all confused too” and started laughing. i said sorry and grabbed my phone back because at this point i started to cry and as i left they started laughing again. i have autism and it makes it extremely difficult for me to communicate in social situations or determine what’s going on, but it felt like i was being made fun of and being ganged up on. i was also stimming during the conversation because i was extremely anxious during the ordeal and my normal stylist wasn’t there. i’ll probably try again another day, but you should really work on how y’all word things and how you interact with your customer base! i really don’t like feeling like the butt of a joke, especially when i’m coming to you to make me feel good about myself

I got my hair cut yesterday on a whim and feeling courageous! Obviously filled with nerves but definitely was NOT disappointed! My hair stylist was so easy going! I hate that I can't remember her name but she has an accent! I'm so glad I made the decision! Thank you! Oh also! Super affordable! I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg! But the cut itself was only 20 dollarss!!!! Had me shocked! And couldn't pass it up!

I recently came in for a haircut and I didn't like the way I was treated. When I came in the store was not busy. It was only when more clients came in after me that I felt Christy was in a hurry to get me out of the chair. She became frustrated when I told her I didn't think my hair was cut like I wanted. She attempted to fix it and I gave her a tip for her time but I don't think she deserved it considering her service was poor towards me and not what I'm used to as a regular customer. It's especially frustrating because I also bring my mom and aunt regularly so for her to treat me like I'm not worth the time when I pay is wrong.

Went too long without a haircut, really needed one. Went in didn't have to wait long, even though I didn't have a appointment and it was done super fast. I liked how it looked and my friends complimented my haircut so I will definitely go back.

This place is the worst the person hiring the employees doesn't know what they are doing. This is the fourth time I've received a bad haircut. The person left a large patch of hair uncut and combed it back to where I didn't notice it. I left for two weeks out of town for a funeral and one of my family members pointed it out. I went back and they said because it was longer than a week I'd have to pay 20 dollars again. This has happened to me four times already. I keep going back because it's a block away from my house. I'm never going back they are so rude and obliviously don't know how to cut hair. Customer service does nothing they said the owner would call me back I've never received a call. This place makes the Great Clips chain look sooo bad.

Thank you Lanh for the fantastic haircut ! I had a terrible experience with a different stylist last year, so I was hesitant to come back. Lanh keeps the work station very clean, and won my business back with their skills! Will be coming here from now on, very convenient to have someone I trust down the street from my house. :)

My wife and I love taking our 4 kiddos to this location. Haydee Galindo is always the stylist we ask for because she is really fast and does a great job on our cuts. Also she is very friendly to our kids and makes them feel welcome every time we go. I highly recommend this location and stylist!
