Went in for a haircut and as soon as I walked in the employee sighed and said "what do you want" I asked if she/he could do a shag cut and she/he said " we don't do anything fancy here, you need to go to a actual salon for any complicated haircuts". I asked did she/he could cut my hair and they gave me the ugloest look and said " I guess". I sat on the chair and felt so uncomfortable/unsafe that I told them nevermind that I would go somewhere else and they were like "OK"
The individual has short hair, on the heavier side, Caucasian, and with tattoos. I'm sure they were female.
But they completely made me uncomfortable with how rude and angry they were being. This was several weeks ago. I am not coming back to location or company again.

I love the Great Clips business model. They keep my haircut preferences in their system, and when I am ready to get a haircut, I go to the app and check to see what the waiting time is. Where I live there are several places to check. The advantage is that I get the haircut I want at the time I want it, which for me is a rather spontaneous decision. I am no longer dealing with appointments that I'll most likely forget, or the need to be loyal to one stylist. My haircut needs are very simple and the quality tends to be very consistent. Thank you Great Clips

If I could give no stars I would. The lady with tattoos was rude and has no idea how to cut hair. I wanted a simple fade and she brought a high fade all the way to where I part my hair. Absolutely ridiculous the manager did her best but that chick chopped me up bad. Luckily it was free, never again Great Clips your reputation precedes you.

This location had the A/C set to 76 degrees. Clients, including myself, and the stylists were sweating and miserable. The stylists don't have control of the climate control system. It's unfortunate that the owner leaves the employees and clients in an environment that is not conducive for business.

Booked an appointment online at this location for 7:40 just to get there and the lady tells me they don’t do appointments and they stop taking people at 7:30

Horible location they have a girl here that definitely needs more school I asked her for long layers and showed a pic. I got one layer in the middle of my head it started as i long bang that she went all they way around my head you can see the line not a single layer and i was to scared to ask her to fix it because she clearly doesnt know what she is doing. This location on FM 78 Seigin Rd and Woodlake will hire anyone be careful if you come here

I took my wife into your establishment 3-18 2024 . Omg today is 3-28 -2024 . My wife is still so upset with her hair cut . Her pony tail is gone which was ok but this young did not listen or ask during her intier cut what she wanted she did not communicate during the intier cut . As he husband I fell so bad because I always said mum just get you ends cut . I guess she ask for more after spending many night looking for her hair style she wanted . I wanted to bring her back but she want come back to your store . Last night she ask to go to super cuts next to fix what this women did and she still tip because that's what we do . I pray you manger sees this . I feel soo very bad for my wife I can't anything to her but she is right cut she has ever had . But I love my wife and I can't kill her spirit . We were at Walmart across the street from you she was so upset . I said honey let's go see the manager she said no I will try super cuts to fix it the lady was not very nice and it's obvious she had no clue what she was doing . As her husband I feel so very bad for my wife because I can see it is a horrible cut . But I just give here my love and say we will fix i . Thank you and happy Easter to your service . And the worse part for my wife tell her it was Mickys birthday that day . Today I took my wife to supper cuts omg her hair looks beautiful . And she was very pleased . We went weeks with her so unhappy and I just didn't know what to say we are going to a brunch this Sunday and she can feel good about going no thanks to this lady at great clips that did not communicate with her and let her leave with such an awful cut
Shame on you . Yes I wanted to come there for her to identify you just to know your name . But she is so sweet she just said she never wants to go back .money wasted with a person that needs to go back to school . The only reason I keep leaving this is this person has no idea how she hurt my wife I saw the tears you did not and she still tip you because that is who she is .but thank you super cuts for taking care of my wife it brought tears to my eyes to see her happy .

She messed up on my boyfriends haircut and didn't even clean him up. His sides were uneven and didn't come out good. Poor services

The Great Clips on FM 78 is a bad location. Very disastisfied with this location, customer service is awful. Save yourself the hassle; go to the one down the road off Woodlake. I was probably 2nd to be up the person up before was not present; the hair cutter went to Subways to get the customer. If customer is not present the next is up. That did not happen. I would gotten a better response from a monkey.
