Been to this place twice and got a cut from 2 different people.Both times they did not cut my hair the way I asked. And they supposedly went to beauty school?! Never going there again. It was a simple cut. Trim my hair an inch, same length all the way around then layer it. Nothing like I asked ? I look like a boy. Short around the ears and longer in the back. So annoying ?

I've had good cuts here. It's convenient when you decide you need an update at the last minute. However, my most recent visit was a huge mistake. I explained what I wanted but ended up with a cut MUCH shorter than requested. It's partially my fault for putting too much trust and not asking to have access to see the mirror as my hair is being cut. I also felt bad my hairdresser was covering the job of greeting all customers that walked in. Must be why he didn't hear or see me when I pointed to the length I wanted my hair. I was too upset. I won't be going back again.

The staff was rude, they also didn’t let water bottles in the lobby. They also closed early for no apparent reason.

Someone different cut my hair at this location and it's totally uneven on top. How would I even go about this to get ot corrected without paying extra or making someone mad

I cut off over 5 inches of my hair and asked for an above the shoulder length cut. I wanted a straight cut with no layers or anything fancy. The male stylist (didn’t get his name) cut my hair uneven. There is a part shorter than the rest of my hair. The uneven part is in a place I couldn’t even until someone pointed it out to me. To see it, I have to get a handheld mirror and stand in front of another mirror. I’ve had this cut before and never had issues so I didn’t think to thoroughly check my hair when it was done. I went back to see if I could get it corrected. I understood and didn’t mind that I would have to pay to get it corrected, but didn’t feel like I should pay the full price. The manager would only give me $2 off which was ridiculous since it was a mistake done by one of the stylists that worked there. The manager also made me wait a long time just to tell me this. I am displeased with the service and skills of the stylist who cut my hair.

I always come to this location because they do a great job and the wait is very short. There are locations closer to my house, but the stylists here consistently do a good job, while some of the other locations are hit or miss. Plus, everyone here is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend!
