Was the reservation process easy? - YES
Was the rental equipment in good working order? - YES
Was the staff friendly and helpful? - YES.
Everything was great - but I was most impressed by the staff. “Friendly” and “Helpful’ definitely describe Robert, Oscar, and Isiah (I think got those names right). I felt they all made an extra effort to be friendly and helpful - the bike, the ride (finding a nearby route to take), and Robert even helped me find a restaurant for lunch.
I’m retired and I travel a lot and I almost always rent a bike everywhere I visit. The Gotta Ride Bikes crew is one of the best I’ve ever encountered.

Roberto did a real good job on my Niner. He solved the problem that I couldn’t solve with the brake system. Got my bike back to me in no time.

This is one of the best shops in SA. They actually make it feel like they want you there vs other shops. I've been to a few shops here in the city and they always make it seem like your bothering them. Love this place and the staff. Thank you guys for all the help and service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time visiting and this shop was so helpful! More so Chris was outstanding, very patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated his guidance on learning the basics of riding a bike, me being a first timer! I will surely be returning to purchase my first bike here. They really emphasize building relationships with customers over just making a sale and I love that! Thank you.

A great little shop. Shout out to Evan and the guys over there. A great place for bike advice and getting your bike serviced. I'm getting back on the bike after a number of years with no riding due to injuries. Good to stop by some of the local bike shops again. Glad to see that there's still some around. Due to COVID, quite a few of them are going away.? Or they're being bought up by the big manufacturers. So be sure to frequent your local, independently owned and operated bike shops.
