I have been to this store on many occasions. It is always a pleasure dealing with Cory and Adam at the front counter. They are very professional and listen to your needs. I came in for an oil change and the technician ( ish ) recommended a transmission service. He explained the procedure and the benefits of having it done. The service was performed quickly and I was in my way in no time.

Stopped in to get a flat tire fixed, and Andrew was just the quintessential professional. Before we even walked in, he had already run our plates and known what warranty we had available. He was very friendly and polite. Very efficient and also listened to what we needed and wanted. It happened to be Mother’s Day and he very plainly asked, “Ma’am, are you a mother?” and then wished me a Happy Mother’s Day when I said yes. We drove all the way across town from the east side to this west side because it was one of the only ones open. Next time we need new tires we will also drive all the way from the east side to this west side because of the Customer Service and professionalism. Way to go Goodyear at Bandera location! You’ve got our business because of Andrew C.

In my personal opinion, this Goodyear is THE BEST Goodyear in San Antonio. They are very thorough and respectful of your vehicle and your concerns. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for breaks, tires, & undercarriage maintenence.

I've been coming here to service my car for a couple years now. I've recommended them to my family as well. This auto shop is excellent in customer service and makes sure to get the job done in a timely matter. Cory went above and beyond to help with service and went out of his way to go get the parts needed to get the job done quickly. If I could give more stars, I would. I recommend to anyone who wants honest and reliable mechanics.

200/10 service! Worth the 30 minute drive. The team at this Good Year (4733 on Bandera Road) is AMAZING. They are professional, reliable, kind, patient, and efficient! From check in to check out my experience was top tier. They changed all 4 of my tires, wheel alignment, and a thorough inspection to make sure my car is ready for our road trip all under 2 hours. Even when I left my lug nut key at home, they were kind and patiently waited until my husband drove it over. And at the end they made sure I knew all about the warranties and service that are included with my set of new tires! Most places just hand you a receipt send you on your way, not them!
Thank you guys for all your help and making my family feel ready and safe for our road trip !

Why have appointments if they are going to take other customers ahead of you that don’t have an appointment. Been waiting over and hour and still waiting. What they should do is take your as appointment first and if there are late then go to the next, it’s not that hard or just don’t make appointments

Got me in same day to put new tires on my RV. The service rep was friendly as well as the technician who put the new tires on. The waiting area had adequate seating, free water bottles in a fridge and a coffee station. It was also close to my house. They also had a special that saved me $120 on all 4 tires. Great Job! I would definitely recommend them for your tire needs. Also noticed they do oil changes as well.

Asked for a tire rotation and blance along with my oil change. Tires did not get rotated or balanced. They lied about the services after assuring me they were rotated. Next time you get your tires rotated and balance, mark your tires in case they lie to you, too.

1. Goodyear, please do not reply with the same cliche response you’ve repeatedly responded to others concerns with. That alone shows you lack professionalism and concern in your customer’s issues.
2. Why have an appointment schedule? I understand you may not be able to guarantee a certain time. However when my vehicle has not moved for over an hour after the appointment time, there is an issue.
3. Another customer was waiting for an alignment. When your representative presented his options, they did not provide ALL options. He only presented the more expensive options with a warranty. It wasn’t until after the customer had to make a phone call, your technician presented a cheaper option with no warranty. I get it. It’s a sales move. But a terrible customer service move.
4. After waiting an hour and a half, I went outside to get a visual of where my vehicle was. It was on the lift, however not one person working on it with another truck parked behind it with the hood open. Your technician/front desk person noticed me outside and called for the workings to “wrap it up” on my vehicle. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take long and lack of attention to a customer’s vehicle that has schedule an appointment you’ve failed to meet should cause some urgency on your end. But as others have mentioned, you have no respect for other’s time. Once again, why take appointments.
Overall a terrible and disrespectful experience for me and others while I was there. If you would start showing respect and care for your customers, your customers won’t have as many bad experiences or watch other customers have bad experiences. The only response needed is improvement on your part.

Scheduled tire service days in advance at Wednesday at 10am. Crew moving slow, eating breakfast, ect.... car was finished at 12:45. Absolute laziness. Group of grown men having social hour milking the clock....
