I have now been coming to this clearance bins location for close to a year now. I have been to almost all of them in Texas except Houston. From what I have seen this location is run smoothly. Most of the staff is very friendly, the weekly or daily customers know the rules and follow them, so even outsiders won’t feel overwhelmed or afraid to return. Gloves are required! I have never not found something worth picking up, and I have noticed they have started carrying more clothes and glassware.

Haven't been inside but did drive through to donate items to them! I really like how they have everything laid out. You just drive in, park, place your items in the bin and that's it, drive away! Convenient and makes it easy to give back.

I hope they soon have good merchandise like in Austin and Dallas. They need to put clothes! They don't put any clothes like in Austin and Houston

Zero stars! Management unprofessional, rude & no help at all. They get mad when questions are asked, they have 0 knowledge… they talk out of their behind!!! No one under the age of 15? Why because they don’t want to be liable??? ANYONE can get hurt ? Cheap!! & some parents can actually watch their kids!! KICK OUT THE PARENTS WHO DONT WATCH THEIR KIDS BUT THEY TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT, LAZY MANAGEMENT & STAFF

My first time going to a clearance center after being a long-time thrifter. This is like the boss level of thrifting; if consignment is high-end thrifting, this is on the opposite end of the spectrum. everything is haphazardly thrown into huge bins and you just dig until you find treasure. I didn't understand why they wanted us to wear gloves when I first walked in, but it made a lot more sense when I saw a broken sheet of glass in a bin. I ended up finding some nice Steve Madden sandals that seem pretty much new, a frame big enough for a canvas painting, a ceramic pot for my lemon tree, and a sun-shaped mirror. I would have gotten several other pairs of shoes and art frames if I'd known it's all priced by weight, so I guess I'll have to go back ?♀️ I like a challenge and this place is pretty high reward at a ridiculously low price if you put in the effort. I recommend for anyone who can handle chaos and is already used to digging for the good stuff at typical thrift stores. I did take off one star because there is def literal trash in the bins (shoes that have mostly disintegrated, broken glass, etc.), but I know they have a LOT of donations to sort through so it's understandable and still ultimately worth the visit

this goodwill’s online auction is ran by an incompetent fool who has no issue selling you GARBAGE that can’t be used and will tell you to go screw yourself even after offering to pay for your own return label, which brings me to my next point. i see comparisons of this place to a dumpster, just look at the online bidding website. this goodwill doesn’t allow things of value inside the store, they’re bidding it off online. they’ll have poorly taken photos to hide MAJOR defects though, so be careful.

It might be nice to put no children allowed outside or on the web page before you have to get all the way inside to turn around

The ladies at the register were really friendly. Items were brought out very slowly, about 2 hrs between restocking a row so bring a chair. The lady who I assume was a supervisor, was not friendly and was rude with her interactions on the floor. Overall, we were less then excited with our visit. No plans on going back.

Before being allowed to approach the new bins brought out , all of us customers were given instructions on how to behave toward one another . However , we were shouted at as if we were all elementary school aged children getting ready to play a game of dodge ball by some snarky little woman with absolutely no manners at all. In fact , the only mistreatment I experienced during my entire visit was by her . I KINDA WISH WE WERE ABOUT TO PLAY DODGE BALL. Just saying
