Very efficient and effective drop off location. You can drop off your donation fast and get a receipt without any hassle.

Friendly, helpful service. I was greeted at my car and got help carrying my 3 bags inside.

The service is still a little brusk, but once you tell them you’re there to donate they are very willing to help. Just be prepared to wait about an hour before they help you.

I would have given 5 starts but the guy that was there to help unload was not nice. I explained I was donating 2 sets of dishes and glass wear but he just threw them in the bin and I heard some break it broke my heart.

Staff comes out and gets everything. Very helpful and they make it so easy to donate. I prefer to donate here instead of holding a garage sale or selling my stuff online.

As a double amputee, I reached out for help, and all I received was rhetoric. I asked what Goodwills mission was, and they told me was"to help people find jobs". I always thought Goodwill was to help people that could not help themselves. Ive had six heart attacks, open heart surgery, both legs amputated, hard of hearing, gastric paresis, neuropathy and various other ailments and when I called Goodwill all they said is they couldn't help me. I was pretty disappointed in their response to someone who truly needed goodwill.

Goodwill has got too proud of their prices, a duvet cover $16.99 no sheets and warn REALLY. Christmas sweaters $14.99 no brand name.

I went yesterday to donate a lot of bags of clothes for women and stuff for little girls as well and the guy with a bunch of tattoos and long hair & was light skinned was rude he talked too fast & I couldn't hear him and then I asked what did he say he came back to my side of the car and looked at me as if he wanted to hurt me y'all should be careful about who y'all hire I wasn't alone I had a minor and another adult with me and they didn't like his response either people go to donate not to be treated like crap & make a child feel unsafe what kind of crap is that last time I checked I'm not selling you my stuff I'm donating it but that's the last time I'm going back to donate stuff I'll make sure to spread the word a lot of people who live around here like this place but after yesterday I don't feel safe going anymore so I wouldn't want someone else feeling this way

Donating here felt more like a snatch and grab than accepting a willing donation
