This drop off is close to the house so we don't have to brave the crazy traffic on 281. we have used it numerous times. Sometimes they even come out and help you unload or at least hold the door for you. Make sure you check their hours, they are a little different and we have been by several times when you think they might be open and they are not. not a complaint, just and FYI

Easy drop off in front. It does not seem that they accept large items here such as sofas, but call ahead if so.

They were closed when I showed up today at 1:47 pm. I went somewhere else. One other time they were closed during posted business hours but I had to post this review because it appears to be a trend item. I'm frustrated because I drive all the way over here.

Apparently, when it says business hours 9-6, it means 9:10-5:50..... some of us don't have the luxury of leaving early from work whenever we feel like it.

This is the worst place to drop off your donations. They do not help you unload and today the guys is standing inside with the doors locked and a sign that says be back at 2:00. He refuses to take my stuff while he just sits there.

Just arrived and a guy in a truck backed up to the door went in and locked it. It's 5:50pm and they closed early! Last time I will be donated to goodwill!!! They can't even stay open and collect free stuff during the hours they are supposed to be open! Will find a better place to make my donations.

Nice people, very helpful, unloaded most of my truck without any prompting. I brought a large SUV completely full and it was totally painless

Easy to donate, but does not have a drive through like the one down the street. Friendly workers and close to my house.
