Never experienced such lazy, rude and unhelpful service at a goodwill donation station. Walked in to two gentlemen sitting with their feet up and on their phones. Telling me that I can bring my donation in and put it in the bin or on the floor. No offer to help! Only telling me that they shouldn’t take my donations! No receipt offered. Just rude unwelcoming and unhelpful remarks. I will never visit this location again. TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR FREE STUFF!!!!!!

The store was spotless, everything was clean and organized. Lots of cool stuff here, and the clothes were in really great condition. Enrique and Beth provided excellent customer service and both were very professional. Found some great books here before and I came back a second time and I enjoyed my shopling experience here again. My favorite Goodwill in San Antonio!
