I love the items and prices at this goodwill! I am a frequent customer and i normally have a good experience overall, but there is a specific worker named Elsa who is VERY rude, every time i come in she is unpleasant to talk to. when i was checking out and paying for my items, she was very rude to me throughout the whole process, she talked down to me and scoffed and overall had a horrible attitude and this is nothing new. This goodwill has amazing potential but they definitely need to do something about her attitude.i will be contacting corporate about this incident.

They have the audacity to sell something that costs $10 brand new, for $7. I could go on but I hope people can catch on and realize that goodwill isn’t what it used to be.

Rude staff. Extremely high prices for used goods. Goodwill must think it's some sort of luxury store! They are scamming the community, especially since everything is donated! Their name no longer aligns with what they say their mission is. Maybe it should be, illwill instead of Goodwill.They only items priced fairly/honestly, are the dining chairs.

This place is always busy. And prices are really high. And all they put out are the things they feel they can't sell online. The only positive thing about this place are the employees who are very helpful and friendly. Goodwill has really gone down the drain..

Not the best prices and they do not have color tag sales. I suspect this store pulls the name brand items for the online store as there were barely any names brand clothing and almost all were store brands. And I looked through each item on at least 10 racks. Left without buying anything which is rare for me. I don't live in San Antonio anymore but was visiting and hoping for some different items I don't find in GA. Very disappointing shopping day.

Always busy and over crowded. Prices are HIGH. Found 4 shirts I wanted for my child and didn't get any because it would have been $18!! Found a very used kids book originally marked $1.00 from HEB and they had it marked $1.29. Saw medium/tall door Fall "Welcome" signs- was going to get one (usually around $10-15 brand new) but were $25 each!! Will not be back. Would rather drive farther.

However, it seems that this particular establishment has missed the mark entirely. The prices at this business are simply too high to justify the thrift store experience.As a customer, I appreciate the chance to find unique items at a fraction of the cost compared to retail stores. Thrift stores should be a treasure trove of affordable gems, making shopping an exciting and budget-friendly experience. Unfortunately, this business has strayed far from that expectation.Goodwill you are a profit hungry monster

Very disgusted with the lack of flexibility. I bought some sneakers that are missing some parts and they didn't want to give me the refund, not even a store credit. I was going to make a donation of clothes the same day, I thought it's better to look for another, more human option!!!

Donated stuff & employees in back were very helpful and courteous. Went in to shop afterwards and Liz an employee is so very helpful... very pleasant. Will definitely return
