So I want to say I really enjoyed shopping here they have great finds and whatever… but the prices are getting ridiculous you guys claim to help people in need yet a lot of the shoppers that shop at your stores are also in need and yall over here changing a lot for used items just because they are name brand and somethings are new but the value of those items goes down significantly when not being sold by the original store. I was under the impression that all electrical items are classified as what they are…. electric. There fore now a washer machine isnt considered electric why though now your just being greedy at this point. Yall dont want the customers to return the washer machine if it doesnt work you obviously dont want to lose money your a multimillion dollare organzation come on do better you rather us the customers lose money on a item that doesnt work. Thats crazy to me honestly

I come here often, at least once or twice a week and I absolutely love this location, love it even more now with the new layout. It’s a lot cleaner than most other locations and has a lot to choose from for all members of the family.However, there is an employee named Deana (unsure of spelling) who makes the visits less pleasant every time I go and she’s there. From first glance she seems very friendly and vibrant, but unfortunately it’s a façade because as soon as she turns her back she’s mumbling under her breath, shaking her head, making faces, or rolling her eyes. I have caught her doing it every single time and a few other shoppers noticed. This past time I was there she opened the door on me when I was in the dressing room, she didn’t knock just opened it. And the time before she did the same exact thing to a boy, opened it on him without even knocking, her thing was “you should lock the door”, the thing is the boy had it unlocked because he was showing his mom his clothes, and I had it unlocked to show my husband plus had my other items hanging on the outside of the door which usually lets people know it’s occupied. I also took my 1 year old with me one time, I took her out of the cart because she heard the music playing in the store and wanted to dance, she wasn’t in the way or making a scene, other shoppers who passed by enjoyed seeing her and kindly complimented her, but Deana walked past her looked at her and started shaking her head and rolled her eyes at her! I was so shocked and angry that we left the store. Good customer service is not being nice and friendly to customers to their face but as soon as they look away or leave you roll your eyes and make faces that clearly shows you felt otherwise. All the other employees are genuinely kind and very helpful, all but Deana who depicts that she’s kind to your face but if you watch her after those interactions you clearly see she dislikes her customers and seems to not want to be there.

We had already seen larger Goodwill stores, but we found almost everything we needed.
In addition to clothing, there are also items for the kitchen etc. Reasonably well sorted and nice staff.

You never know what you’re going to find. From a resellers perspective, the items are fairly priced. The store is always clean. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Did not have a big toy section but did have a pretty bing selection of clothes. Would recommend if you are looking for cheap clothes. Maybe not so much if your looking for toys though.

The place was amazing and clean but some of their prices where a bit crazy. 11.11.22 still clean, could stand some organization, not horrible on their prices like other Goodwill's have been trying to do..
