Their hours are absolutely ridiculous for anyone with a JOB- but then they randomly close because the pharmacist has to cover another location. So you can't sell ALREADY FILLED prescriptions, or anything else in the store because the pharmacist is out? The girl I talked to today talked snotty to me, telling me my prescription was filled LAST WEEK and it was my fault I hadn't picked it up. I tried to tell her they didn't fill it till 11:43, they close at noon. I was at work. She proceeded to tell me to get it filled elsewhere if I didn't like it.

11.30.2022ETA: I’m perfectly familiar with the time-consuming & generally useless electronic system in place for controlled substances, as I’ve been forced to navigate it for years. That doesn’t change the fact that unexpected individual circumstances REGULARLY occur, as happened to be the case with me. A good, experienced pharmacist will take the time to actually listen and consider EVERYTHING before jumping to worst-case conclusions, something this woman failed to do without blatant judgement and snarky bias regarding a minor misunderstanding that COULD have quickly and easily been resolved on the spot, had she so chosen. However, as a consequence of her terrible listening skills, obvious fear for her precious license, and general lack of competence, I’m completely out of medication for the next MONTH. Thanks to her cowardly unwillingness to assist during a difficult time, I’ve been stuck for weeks with literally NOTHING.? (Not that SHE cares one way or the other as a SWORN MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, lol. Oh, she was SURE to make that much PERFECTLY CLEAR!!? “No withdrawal, you should be fiiiine!” she exclaimed almost gleefully, as if that factors AT ALL into the larger situation, much less warrants a refusal to fill my 100% VALID prescription, smfh.??♀️) The scenario that unfolded was just a very surprising display of horribly unprofessional, dismissive, & most importantly UNETHICAL behavior.Meanwhile, no fewer than 10 people (and totally counting bc I refuse to shut up) with RX’s of their own who are in similar situations have approached me for the name of her pharmacy, now knowing that she has the stupid pills in stock—NOPE!!! Sorry but I don’t advertise for poorly run businesses, not even smug, pathetic small ones (and definitely not for free).YUCK, what horrible customer service!!! Pharmacist is so concerned about losing her own license that she is perfectly willing to withhold necessary but controlled medication to legitimate paying customers with a valid RX, all due to past technicalities that have LONG been resolved; without any room for questions or actual discussion, but rather demonstrating a laughably superior air of veiled suspicion—even though she’s aware that hers is LITERALLY the only nearby pharmacy to carry this particular medication. A disappointing example of near-unethical practices being carried out by a supposed “professional” healthcare advocate, just because….SHE CAN!!????
