I just love how the people there are like family. I talk to Natalie (GM) as if I've known her for years and Darren ( personal trainer) takes care of my husband who is a stroke victim and going through recovery. They are encouraging, personal, and accommodating. I'm so happy my husband met Natalie and wanted to go to the gym. He loves it there!

If you want to get away from high schoolers recording videos and taking so much on machines. This is the gym for you, here only old people come, you can come work out and leave. I love this gym

Plenty of equipment. Lots of weights and tons of people not re racking their weights, ESPECIALLY the same people over and over again. What happens when someone wants to use a machine and its loaded with 45s?? RERACK YOUR WEIGHTS OR STAY HOME!

Stopped in for a visit and some info, spoke with the sweet manager, Natalie, who was super informative and sweet. She took me on a tour, which was nice and clean. Also explained trainer sessions and plan options, just an overall great experience. Signed up and ready to rock this fat off!! Thanks Natalie and Golds Gym. Keep up the good work!

Switch from Crunch Only because this is down the street from me and Crunch is 20 mins from me But it’s the same price for HALF OF WHAT CRUNCH HAS TO OFFER. This place doesn’t even have a Sauna which is crazy. I’ll keep making my 20 min drive for better quality
